The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Rancho do Cepilho

Enjoy Trindade, staying in the exclusive Morro do Cepilho. In a simple, beautiful, comfortable, very cozy house, with an incredible view of the sea, the beach and the Atlantic forest. The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street doesn't reach the house yet, but there's a parking space available downstairs. To reach the house, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's good to bring little luggage, and a backpack is preferable to a suitcase. the climb can be tiring but the view makes up for it.

We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande, we have a market, fishmonger, and local fishermen, so you don't need to go downtown for basic shopping.

The house is nice and sleeps 10 people comfortably in its 4 en-suites. It is on a very calm beach with only five summer houses, and also some fishermen's houses.
