Beautiful house on an island with a 200-meter beach of soft sand. Complete infrastructure. Bright and cozy house, full ocean view. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as heavenly. There are 5 Suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Including a sailor and a maid. If you wish, we have an excellent cook who has worked for the family for 30 years (separate payment from the house rent)

Ideal for children over 7 years old. We're testing a new power grid. There is a solar system for LED lights, 2 220V outlets and a small refrigerator, plus an icebox. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. Screened house with good ventilation. Plenty of room for everyone, barbecue area.

There is a supermarket half a block from the residence. Note: only the lower part is rented; I, Pablo, live alone on the upper floor, with a side entrance and access via the back stairs.
