Holiday rentals with lake access in Paraty

Well let's go, I made an amazing trip, a beautiful place that is paraty, the house is between paraty and trinity, to go to trinity 10 minutes by car, quick mto with amazing beaches and lush waterfalls, to go to the paraty center exact 18 minutes, with many top places, and what about the host, well I did not have the opportunity to meet in person, but I wanted a pure person, kind and friend, man 100% do not complain, next trip in the city I will not go or look for a place, because I already have a house top, mto enjoy being quiet with polite people I was not accustomed to, receiving good day from people who pass on the street and I'm inside the yard, there is a place that not conversing vc gets a good day and it's poorly treated, good who want to go to paraty people don't waste time good quiet and easy access, and with a host that you can count, any day you can count. thank you very much Ronaldo for the stay.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, organized, great furniture, clean bed and bath linens available, the house was great, bright and airy, air conditioning in all rooms. Mr. Ernesto was very efficient, sent several recommendations and maps of places to visit, very polite. I will return more often for sure.

It was the second time we came and once again it was all good.... we love the shipyard beach, quiet, calm waves for children, a place surrounded by nature, and the cottage with everything we need for a quiet stay... we will definitely return because it has become our favorite. It has everything we like and look for.

The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.

Surreal Experience! We spent the holiday at the Tatá house in Paraty and, without exaggeration, was one of the best trips of our life. Since the beginning, the Tatá was super good people, attentive and made a difference in our experience. The house is too top, cozy, well-equipped and true to the photos. All very clean, organized and in a super quiet place. Paraty is a paradise apart — the landscapes, the beaches, waterfalls, the centrinho with that unique climate, the food… all amazing! Not to mention the vibe of the city and the receptivity of the residents, which was sensational. It was a trip that marked, of those that we return renewed and already wanting to repeat. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Mr. José received us in an impeccable way, with clear instructions, tips given in advance and the place was so welcoming! All very clean, pleasant and cozy.. we will come back more often. Another important point for us was the location, close to all the senses of the city: Paraty Mirim, Historic Center, Trindade. Very good!

The stay at Nature Village was wonderful. The cottage is very small, but enough to spend the days. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very large and has a good shower. The location is very good, but we recommend it for those traveling by car, access is super easy and all paved. Paraty is very hot, but the cottage has air-conditioning, which helps a lot. We traveled with our little caramel dog, she also felt at home and loved the stay. As it has an outdoor area, it is ideal for pets. We plan to come back more often!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

We went to have a family break! Flat is within a hotel where we have access to its leisure areas ( swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants …) It is well equipped, pleasant and clean, has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen area has a microwave, minibar and basic utensils ( dishes, cutlery and glasses)! I'd like to bring bottles of mineral water if you don't want to drink it at the hotel! The place is beautiful, with an extensive green area and access to a private beach through a ferry that the hotel offers, ideal for those who are looking to rest and get out of the bustle of everyday life.

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in the area. The village met exactly what we wanted and the images match the listing. Quiet, quiet place! A Bruna very proactive in assisting us and her mother welcomed us very well. Also, we enjoyed and tasted the pizza that her mother makes. A delight! As for the location, it is exactly according to the distance described in the listing. I drove by car with my husband, so we had no problems getting around, but for those who go without it I believe it is more complicated.

The place and as in the photos, Ícaro received us super well and was punctual in the delivery of the keys the house is a charm to feel at home , a quiet place and quite nature which brings all the charm and warmth, the house was very clean, spacious bathroom very brightly lit with natural light and ventilation the kitchen met my expectations I was able to cook and be super comfortable really were days of a lot of rest we enjoyed, it was an amazing experience for sure we will return the house is a charming charm the condominium is charming which makes all difference is a safe and familiar place and very well taken care by super indicated if there were ten stars I would give the ten for what it super deserves.

The accommodation was wonderful. The place is gorgeous. In the middle of nature. Super tranquil to enjoy and rest. We were super welcome. The house is cozy with that inland air. Everything clean and organized. With an amazing view and a perfect waterfall. The swimming pool is surrounded by lavender flowers and pots. Rustic decoration the way we like it gives a welcoming look. We will definitely return!!

The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

Everything was perfect, I am extremely grateful for everything, our car had a problem and they helped us a lot!! Wonderful people, super helpful!!!

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

The people who manage the accommodation, who are nearby, are very attentive, always available. The accommodation is secluded and therefore ideal for people seeking tranquility. If you like nature you will have the view of the hills, the song of the birds, the managers' dog who is very affectionate, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. It's a really relaxing area 15 minutes from the center of Paraty with its many activities to do and beautiful beaches.

The place is really very quiet, clean and with outdoor activities right next door, with a very easy trail to a small waterfall, among others. Flavio's kindness is incredible, in addition to the cleanliness of the whole place. The 6.5km of dirt road are in good condition, even though it rained on the day of my arrival and the days before; I had no difficulty at any time to get there. I recommend it!!

My girlfriend and I love the Cabanario cottage, super cozy, everything impeccable, very easy access, spacious place. We had a really nice weekend there. If you are looking for peace and disconnection from urban centers and rush, this is the right place.
