Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Paraty

I went alone with my dogs and had gone other times to Paraty and by far this was one of the most incredible experiences we had. Access to the island is by boat "taxi boat" and I did not have any problems with availability or schedules, including the crossing at night, if scheduled in advance. We were greeted by Aline who was always very attentive and careful. The house itself is very cozy, clean, well cared for, and well-equipped. This is all surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. It would only take care of food, especially sweet foods, because of the ants. On the island we know 3 beaches, and the Brava beach was the one we liked the most, that about 30 minutes on an easy level trail you have access to it . Without ceasing to speak of the local people, which was very welcoming and kind. Thank you!!

Daniele's space faithfully follows the listing, the house has a number of sufficient and comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms for the number of guests proposed in the listing. Communication with Daniele always very quickly upon his return, meeting all the needs during the stay. My friends and I have had great moments in space, highly recommend it and intend to return.

We were very warmly welcomed with freshly baked cake and coffee from the whole family. It felt more like coming home. The place is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. All rooms are lovingly and very tastefully furnished. There is a pinboard with all the information about the property as well as everything nearby. The outdoor kitchen invites you to barbecue and in the pool we were able to relax superbly. The hammocks on the terrace were also used for our breaks. It was a wonderful stay for us and we can't wait to see you next time.

Everything went well during my stay. Isis always communicative and concerned about our well-being during lodging. The house is complete and in very good taste. Not to mention that it has a wonderful view. Great place to relax and forget the routine.

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

The house is perfect, beautiful and comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, and is close to the historic center to get by car, on average, about 2.5 km, Kesi is friendly and gave great tips, the fact that it is inside a gated community gives more security and privacy, note 10, I would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodation for couples! The cabin is identical to the photos, with an incredible view, a super well-equipped kitchen and a great host, who answered all our questions and gave us a complete guide to what we should bring, how to find the chalet and more. The waterfalls on the property are beautiful and the trails are quiet to walk on. Super comfortable bed and the spa is definitely the highlight of the accommodation! We already have plans to return in the summer to enjoy it even more.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is in the middle of a forest, with an incredible look and the relaxing sound of a waterfall in the background. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed and bed linen are comfortable, and the space around the house is beautiful, with several trails to explore. The only thing that bothered a little was the insects that entered the house due to faults in the fence of the doors and windows. It wasn't something that would keep us from renting the house again, but it could be quite uncomfortable. We thought it was something simple to solve for the owners. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

Awesome place. Everything is luxury!! We'll be back soon with a big group. The pool, restaurant etc are great. We didn't have time to go on a boat trip, unfortunately. It's our plan for next time.

We loved the stay, the house is extremely comfortable, clean and very fragrant. Despite the cold weather, the house has a heater and air conditioning and this made all the difference in the stay because it was very cold. The bed and bath linens were very clean and are of great quality. The kitchen has everything you need to do the basics. The highlight is undoubtedly the breakfast, which is sensational, all handmade and very tasty! The hospitality of the hosts is excellent, always very helpful and friendly, especially Camila's mother, who is a sweetheart! When possible we will be back for sure!

The experience was excellent! The view is simply wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, even better in person. Everything was very well organized, clean and attentive to detail. Katia and Marcela were always very polite and helpful, helped me with everything I needed, responding quickly whenever we need something. The place is beautiful, very well finished, careful, cozy and complete within what is advertised. It has a good location, very close to very good beaches, and not far from the famous beaches of Ubatuba and Paraty. We felt in a house outside the house, we were very comfortable and with fast and effective support when it was needed. Luciana is attentive and caring and gave us a great experience! I recommend to everyone looking for a resting place in the coastal region surrounded by the Atlantic Forest!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped cottage! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We prefer to stay in the cottage to enjoy the space rather than explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

We were very well received. the instructions for arriving at the site were clear and were flexible with the check in. The accommodation was impeccable and the fondue was very good. Everything clean and organized. The countryside is amazing and the atmosphere breathed peace. It was sensational.
