Quinta das Marias, quiet and well located

The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Entire studio near Jabaquara beach

Share with us this tropical paradise 400 meters from Jabaquara Beach and 2 km from the historical center. We are surrounded by nature and birds, and sometimes we get visits from little monkeys. My husband and I live in the front house and the 2 studios are on the back, we are available for any request and far enough to maintain your privacy. In the neighborhood there is a market/bakery, bars and restaurants.
