Ho passato il capodanno a Parma con il mio compagno nella casa di Fausto e devo dire che la posizione era ottima !! Ci ha permesso di muoverci comodamente per la città . La casa è molto spaziosa ,luminosa e ben fornita :) La comunicazione con l’host è stata ottima !

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

Total pros! Mattia is a flexible, responsive and caring host. The studio is quiet, clean and economical (with plenty of cabinets to put away your things). We were able to wash/dry our clothes downstairs with their machines and detergent. We prepared meals at the apartment too. Loved Modena, in part because of our lodging!

L'appartamento è veramente molto carino con una bella vista su una chiesa storica di Parma. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica perché ti permette di raggiungere il centro ed ottimi ristoranti a piedi.

Naprosto perfektní ubytování! Apartmán se nacházel v poklidné čtvrti, kde byli příjemní sousedé. Byt byl čistý, útulný (přesně jako na fotkách) a Gabriele byl super hostitel. Dal nám spoustu tipů a byl moc přívětivý. Byli jsme u něj týden a díky tomuto pobytu jsme si Modenu zamilovali a určitě se někdy vrátíme🩷. A velký plus byly přátelské a nádherné kočičky v okolí. 🤩

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una deliziosa villetta in un tranquillo paesino. La casa è spaziosa e ben attrezzata: un ampio soggiorno con giardino perfetto per grigliate, una zona notte con tre camere e due bagni, e una piccola palestra con bagno al terzo piano. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Posto auto facile da trovare e ambiente sereno. Consigliatissima!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ospitalità cordiale e puntuale di Tommaso, la pulizia, la struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort per un soggiorno che ci ha soddisfatto. Molto contenti anche i nostri cuccioli a 4 zampe, hanno trovato una struttura dove si sono sentiti come a casa. Il proprietario si è dimostrato attento anche alle loro necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Luca è un host molto attento e discreto. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili. La sua abitazione è confortevole e dotata di ogni comodità. Io insieme alla mia famiglia composta da mia moglie e le nostre due bambine abbiamo trascorso nella sua dimora le vacanze invernali, dal 31 dicembre 2024 al 2 gennaio 2025: l’ambiente risultava riscaldato in modo ottimale e come nota assolutamente positiva, darei un voto molto alto ai materassi estremamente comodi. Il borgo è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità abitato da persone amichevoli ed educate. Assolutamente consigliato

Casa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, l'host Daniela molto gentile e sempre disponibile ma non invadente. C'è tutto quello che può servire. L'ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi qualche giorno tra la natura. Sicuramente torneremo.

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Wir haben in der Wohnung von Flor ein fantastisches Wochenende verbracht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage (die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen und man kann kostenlos an der Straße parken). Die Klimaanlage hat bei über 30 °C Außentemperatur zu unserer Aufenthaltsqualität einen wichtigen Beitrag geleistet. Für unseren Sohn war der historische Aufzug das Highlight. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir würden die Unterkunft von Flor auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

Notre séjour chez Colleen s'est très bien passé. Très arrangeante pour notre horaire d'arrivée. L appartement est très spacieux, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire dans un environnement vraiment calme. Il a été très facile de se garer pres l'appartement et un supermarché est accessible à pied. Je recommande sans hésiter

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
