Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a leisurely five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

On the terrace is a large dining table, as well as additional chairs. On the upper floor there is a small work corner, as well as the bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub/shower and washing machine. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a closet.
