Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Zur Information: Das Apartment im 4 Stock ist nur über die große Außentreppe erreichbar. Es sind 136 Stufen ohne Aufzug. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Es ist ein Garagenstellplatz mit einer begrenzter Höhe von 150 cm Breite von 190 und einer Länge von 500 cm dabei. Als Alternative kann ich einen Stellplatz in 1100 m Entfernung anbieten.
