Our stay at La Maine was wonderful. Catherine and Maxence are excellent hosts, extremely welcoming and warm, but also very respectful of privacy. The cottage is impeccably decorated and comfortable -- we cooked a couple of meals after shopping at the farmer's market, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Cubjac is small, but inviting -- be sure to go to the bakery, to the farmer's market, and to the Tabac for aa coffee. Catherine and Maxence had great recommendations for restaurants and outings -- every one of their suggestions was 100%. Our only regret is that we didn't plan a longer stay! Thank you to our new friends in Cubjac -- and Lila and Iris, of course.

Spacious, bright, very clean accommodation with a small sunny balcony and cathedral view. Free parking at the foot of the building. 10 min walk from the city center along the river. We had a great weekend. Air conditioning is a plus in the hot weather. We recommend it.

Warm welcome, friendly place, well organized, very comfortable and very well maintained. Small popular and quiet neighborhood, close to the center. The authenticity of the neighborhood, without tourists, is really pleasant. The shared garden is a plus. For having stayed in the old town of Périgueux, I highly recommend this accommodation!
