Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Peroj

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort. Die Wohnung war super und Ana eine tolle Gastgeberin. Auch das laden vom e Auto hat ganz einfach geklappt. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das W-LAN und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Gastgeberrin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft & der Garten (Pool etc.) ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Goran war immer erreichbar, sein Vater war vor Ort. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, es ist alles vor Ort was man zur Eigenverpflegung benötigt. Der Strand ist allerdings nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, das stellt aber kein Problem dar, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in der Stadt, so wie am Strand.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

Suzana ist ein hervorragende, aufmerksame Super-Gastgeberin. Alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr (Regenschirm, Bügeleisen…) ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank stand eine kühle Flasche Weißwein. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Obst und Schokolade und Kirschen aus dem Garten. Überhaupt sind Garten und der Zugang zum Meer wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Super Lage! Strand in der Nähe. Alles da was man braucht. War ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Fantastisk opphold! Martina kommuniserte med oss før vi kom og møtte oss ved ankomst. Så hyggelig! Vi fekk større leilighet enn vi hadde bestilt. For en beliggenhet over Lovran for det flotte huset, og for en hage! Stille og rolig. Svært hyggelig vertsfamilie. Vi møtte tre generasjoner. Siste kvelden kom Martina med hjemmelaget eplekake til oss. Dette stedet kan vi anbefale! Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

The place is great. N the backyard a lot of things for kids to do.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer, der Pool, etc. waren wie auf dem Foto und Beschreibung gezeigt. Es war immer jemand da bzw. erreichbar, wenn wir fragen hatten.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Ausstattung. Alles da was man braucht. Da gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen.Alles eingezäunt, daher perfekt mit Hund. Eine Flasche Wein und Öl aus eigener Herstellung zur Begrüßung. Was man wissen sollte: die komplette Promenade von umag wird kernsaniert und es ist daher teilweise noch eine Baustelle. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!
