Charming vacation home on Lake Millstatt

The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our one-room apartment "Gmiadlich" is very well equipped. The apartment has a bed in the size 1.40 m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want more closeness again. It has a comfortable lounge chair with footrest, so put your feet up & enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck. 3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

Relax vacation home

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

Communication and friendliness were sensational, we felt very welcome. Everything was as described for a pleasant feel-good stay. Kitchen equipment top, grill and seating in the garden usable - generally: the apartment has flair (no sterile atmosphere). The location is perfect - 5 min to the lake. The NockMobil (on-demand shuttle, e.g. for trips to alpine hikes) has a stop in front of the door, 10 minutes to the postbus. (Therefore also publicly accessible). The best, however, are Thomas and his mother Ilse, who make it a wonderful stay.

I was in the wooden house as I want to have one built myself. I was interested in what it feels like to be in such a house. I already had some expectations, as I deal with natural construction and minimalism myself and live in a biological, old stone house. It was a very special experience in the Zinipi house. With the wooden walls, I felt well protected in the house and yet very intimately connected to nature. My next house will be a wooden house. ;-) Thanks for having me in the house

We used the location for a workation, which was fine for us. The apartment is located in the center of Millstatt. Supermarket, cafe, bakery and the lake is in walkable distance. The kitchen was well equipped. We were allowed to use the cellar for our SUP.

I can fully recommend the place. I was looking for some peace and quiet and you definitely have it here - incl. Splashing of a stream and a few animals living on the farm. The accommodation is located in the courtyard of the hosts and everything you need or could need is there (fully equipped kitchen, even spices are there, for example, the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub). Otherwise, it is worth mentioning that the bed is really very comfortable - I rarely sleep as well away from home as at home, but that was the case here. Everything was very well maintained and clean. I lacked nothing, the hosts are always available if you need anything or have questions. And even if the accommodation is on the same property as the host, you are "on your own".

Vacation home "Casa Ravelli"

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children. The house has a beautiful view of Lake Millstätter, which can be enjoyed from the large terrace. The facility of the house left nothing to be desired. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped. Towels etc. were also more than enough. Basically, the rooms are very stylishly furnished. You feel right at home. Unfortunately(!) we were only passing through here for two nights. We would have loved to have stayed much longer at this place. Thanks to Margot and Stefan - two very nice hosts :)
