Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Cozy bungalow in Moos

The centrally heated bungalow has an area of about 72 m² and is intended for a regular occupancy of 2 people. External blinds have been installed throughout the bungalow. Towels and bedding are available. The terrace is equipped with seating for up to 4 people. It is very sunny on the terrace until the afternoon. Of course, there is also an umbrella. Each room is equipped with a mosquito net on at least one window.
