Beachfront holiday rental in Playa de las Américas

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Dahiana for her very clear explanations to find the apartment and her responsiveness to our questions .

7 adults 1 toddler ,amazing villa coped with all of us , really well equipped ,clothes horses when you do your washing, kitchen fantastic , fans for bedrooms, if you have toddler take travel baby gate ,quite a few stairs , there was travel cot too 😍 amazing location to beach and restaurants but far enough away to have peaceful sleep , I can't recommend this enough for large family 😍

Wonderful place. Location is great, parking is free and right infront. Views from the place are just one time. Happy we booked and stayed for a week. We had to book for even more!!

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Incredible value for money. The beach view makes the holiday feel 10x better. You won’t find a better location and view at this price. Very spacious apartment with lots of appliances too. Would definitely come back.

The apartment is situated in the main tower and has lift access to the front of the building, making access very easy. Beatriz sent a very detailed message with all the instructions and codes, making the stay easy. The view from the apartment has lovely views out over the pool area and the sea with La Gomera in the distance. We have stayed in Parque santiago and PDLA several times, so i will just say there are plenty of restaurants and bars on the main roads and along the seafront. We didn't cook while on holiday but the kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of elecrtrical sockets dotted around, some of which have USB adapters (very handy). The bed and sofa are both comfortable, and the whole layout has been well planned. We can not pick any faults in Beatriz's apartment and fully recommend it.

We had an amazing time here! Great great place and location had lots going on but wasnt loud or anything. We felt so at home here the space felt a lot bigger due to the setup! 10/10 we hope to come back

Great stay at the apartment, clean and tidy room with large balcony and all amenities required for a relaxing stay.

This was the peaceful beach vacation housing we were hoping for! The deck was the highlight overlooking the beach and boardwalk and it was always quiet in the evenings. After a long day out, it was SO nice to come home to air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The unit was warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated, just as the pictures depict. The location was unbeatable. Close to the market and endless restaurants and cafes. Would love to stay again soon!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — and even more! The coffee was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We 100% recommend this place!

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We thought this place was a real find! Perfect position, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted. We would love to go back and will certainly be recommending this place to our friends and family.

It was a very nice accommodation, the hostess was always available and was accommodating. Changing linen + towels was theoretically not a problem. The apartment was very clean. There were otherwise no incidents, the balcony is a bit noisy due to the street, but quiet when you close all the doors. The promenade is within walking distance in 3-4 minutes. In conclusion, I would say that everything was good - very good and I would come back at any time.
