Holiday rentals with a pool in Playa de las Américas

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Me and my family loved our stay at the villa! Both Markus and Petra were so lovely, welcomed us well and were so helpful with everything during our stay! The house and garden was so clean, everything we needed was available and even more. We were travelling with a one year old and they had a bed, high chair and everything the little boy needed ☺️ The neighbourhood is quiet, few minutes walk from the Golf course in Adeje and many good restaurants near by in La Caleta. We will for sure be back 🙏🏼

We stayed at this Airbnb for a hen do over the weekend and it was everything we needed, walking distance to siam park and the mall, just a short taxi ride to the strip and all the restaurants we had booked. Cameron was amazing at communicating and quick to help us when we needed it. The only small issue we had was the wifi didn’t work during our stay and we found the hot tub settings a bit tricky. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would happily recommend this place for group getaways!

Gorgeous venue with a fabulous host. Other reviews have noted that it's a heated pool and not a hot tub. This was lovely for our baby on an afternoon in March when the temperature was a bit warmer, but not suitable for sitting in on an evening. A car is absolutely required too. If you book this venue knowing these two things, you'll have a wonderful time. A highchair and a travel cot were provided for our baby, and a lovely welcome platter and drinks were waiting for us when we arrived. We had a small issue with the highchair straps being broken, and we had a new highchair I think within an hour. We found the hosts were quick to respond, and eager to make our stay as good as possible. The venue was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would come back.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Great stay overall, super flexible check in and check out times to suit us as well as booking at short notice. The location is ideal, all of the rooms and amenities were as shown/described and more than suitable. Quick and good communication throughout with the host. All 10 of us highly recommend both this villa and the host.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The pool area is absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. While there isn’t much to do within walking distance, we were aware of that in advance and highly recommend renting a car to get around. That said, there’s a supermarket and a breakfast place nearby, which was very convenient.

We loved our stay at Carmen’s especially the big terrace and how close to the Beach Carmen is a brilliant host always available even organised our taxi to airport thank you Carmen. X

The apartment is situated in the main tower and has lift access to the front of the building, making access very easy. Beatriz sent a very detailed message with all the instructions and codes, making the stay easy. The view from the apartment has lovely views out over the pool area and the sea with La Gomera in the distance. We have stayed in Parque santiago and PDLA several times, so i will just say there are plenty of restaurants and bars on the main roads and along the seafront. We didn't cook while on holiday but the kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of elecrtrical sockets dotted around, some of which have USB adapters (very handy). The bed and sofa are both comfortable, and the whole layout has been well planned. We can not pick any faults in Beatriz's apartment and fully recommend it.

Had a lovely holiday everything you could hope for in a holiday the apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and in a really good location. Had a leak on the toilet in the first couple of days Mecki got it sorted within 24 hours was a great host

Great kitchen and lovely bathroom and always hot shower. very communicative host, always willing to help and give recommendations. super convenient location and staff at apartment reception were very helpful. apartment was pristine when we arrived. pool was great and quiet always able to get a bed. would 100% recommend to stay here. PRO: comfortable apartment a stone's throw from the nightlife of Las Americas and the sea. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view. Functional kitchen with the essentials. Clean bathroom with washing machine and bidet. Very professional host. CON: difficult to find parking. Given the proximity to the premises at night, you can hear the music until late (it didn't bother us, but for those who want to go to bed early or have light sleep, it's good to know) We had a good time, we hope to return one day

What a lovely place to stay. Excellent views, everything you needed was there. Host was amazing with excellent communication. Smell of cannabis was very strong everywhere though which was a shame. Host was very supportive with checking out and let us stay longer due to flight times. Only downside was we didn't hire a car and it was very steep up the roads but that's how you have amazing views. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, close to local towns for restaurants and beaches, close to the airports, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The property is well equipped with all items we required. We could not fault it. Check in/out was simple and the homeowner was very helpful. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you again :)

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 small children. The apartment is very quiet, 5 minutes walk from a beach, a supermarket and a beach bar. The most beautiful hiking areas are a 30 to 45-minute drive. The apartment itself was very clean, has a good kitchen and is bright and spacious.

We spent two weeks at the house during the Christmas and New Year celebrations. The house was perfect for us with our three children. Our young people at the disposal of the large loft room with bath and kitchenette. The house was spacious and felt personal, and had everything we needed including a large laundry room. The bedroom had, just like the wardrobe and bathroom, exit to the garden. There were large, nice patios, fantastic garden in private surroundings and good sun conditions. The house was nicely decorated and well equipped, although some things should probably be upgraded to reach the top. The pool was not heated and therefore best suited for bathing for our youngest child. The landlord lived right by and stopped by daily. She was very nice and we always felt welcome. She shared the origins of the house and plans going forward. Several times we got fruits and vegetables from her kitchen garden. We had a perfect stay and would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in Daniel‘s attic. We had a wonderful time in the cozy apartment. Daniel and Edu have always responded to our questions immediately and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations regarding restaurants and sightseeing. The attic is equipped with everything really needed. Thank you, Daniel, Edu and Walva, for letting us stay with you in Tacoronte. We enjoyed every minute!
