Villa holiday rentals in Playa de las Américas

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

What an amazing time we had here! A very unique accommodation in a banana plantation. The pictures do not do this place justice. Thank you for your amazing service. Will certainly be back when I return to Tenerife!

Incredibly comfortable place with a nice hotel garden, the pool great, always plenty of benches and very central.

It was our first time to Tenerife, and we were lucky to have chosen Cristina as our host. Extremely responsive and always armed with good suggestions, she and her husband genuinely want their guests to discover Tenerife beyond the ordinary tourisme. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4, like us. Very very clean! Large dining room/kitchen downstairs, very well equiped (it has more stuff than I do at home!), cosy bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds for the kids and a huge bed for the main bedroom with a beautiful view over the sea and marina. The house is part of a larger compound with attached houses, pool and mini pool. It was very quiet during our stay on Easter vacation. There is a walking path just next to the complex, you can use it to run, to explore the nature (following Cristina’s suggestions) or simply to walk to the other side of the resort and go for a drink or dinner. Overall, great stay and great hosts, thank you again Cristina and Benigno!

The house was wonderfully spacious, clean and is in a quiet area. It felt like home. It cooled inthe evening we had the small heater on, it gave wonderful warmth as long as the doors and curtains are closed. Everything was present as in the description, enough bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc... even detergent. The contact with Kira went through the app, she responds quickly and neatly. The combination of a private pool and the large pool was ideal. In the district there is a restaurant Molus - Italian here you can eat deliciously. Within walking distance with a bit of climbing 10 - 15 min. We enjoyed it here! Thanks!

Absolutely stunning villa, perfect for our group getaway! So spacious! And I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of the hosts! So helpful and responsive, couldn’t have asked for better! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Casa Jable was exactly what we hoped for and more, the house and pool area are designed beautifully and kept immaculate. Nice touches with bath robes and extra towels and thanks to Ruth for having a few things in the fridge for us Hope to be back same time next year

Beautiful atypical apartment located in the heart of the village on a nice little lively square. Nearby bars and restaurants, some frequented by locals, which is very nice (don't hesitate) The ocean is 2 steps away with a nice coastal walk and natural pools. Beautiful terrace but with neighbors opposite, without any particular inconvenience. Evenings are quiet despite the terraces. However, do not be afraid of the stairs. Kathy's welcome was perfect and she gave good advice.

Group of ten stayed at Marie Teresa's villa for a golf trip. Loads of space to move around in so we were never on top of each other, and the suntrap courtyard/pool area was outstanding. It really is a big villa, and the large gated parking area was perfect as we had three rental cars with us. Could it be improved? Yes. Some updating is required for it to be a truly standout property but value and location were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Overall a very great place to stay - lots of Tenerife attractions are within minutes of driving distance. The private pool and barbecue is also a great thing for group stay who preferred some cooking in house. One thing to note is that we occupied all rooms and discovered that 2 rooms are not air-conditioned.

Bella was an incredible host, and she was always responsive, answering any questions we had quickly. She also allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in as we had an early flight. The villa itself was in a beautiful location, and immaculate. The pictures do not do this place justice as others have mentioned, and it is much more beautiful in person! We had everything we needed, and the place was well stocked. We would definitely recommend Bella and this villa to others and would love to return! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We are a family of 9 stayed in this lovely Villa, including our 80+ grandparents and my 10 year old son. We all loved the place, the villa is very spacious and have lots of games to get everyone entertained. The roof top hot tub with amazing ocean view and heated pool made an unforgettable experience! The host is very friendly and attentive. We have contacted Elena several times pre-arrival and during the stay, she always got back to us quick and had been so helpful on all questions. She even let us check-out late when we told her that we have a late evening departure flight, much appreciated! The villa location is perfect, near to airport and easy access to most of the attractions. The area is peaceful, quiet and safe. There are a few good restaurant just within 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger supermarket just about 8 minutes drive where you can even buy fresh nice fish with reasonable price. The villa is highly recommended!

Our stay here was wonderful, the space was totally incredible, the bedrooms where comfortable and pristine. The living rooms incredibly comfortable and the large downstairs space offered a lovely evening retreat. Not only was there welcoming gifts to get us started with our stay everything about this wonderful home made us feel relaxed and made the holiday absolutely special!

We loved staying here especially over Christmas. Claudia made us feel listened to when a couple of issues beyond her control came up but soon resolved them. We would come back to this place in a heartbeat. It is beautiful. Would recommend a high chair and baby cot to be included in the price but this wouldn’t be needed by everyone. Thank you Claudia.

Overall, it's better!The room is spacious, suitable for 4-6 people, with plenty of common space, suitable for family gatherings.The host responded promptly, the location is in an area with more locals, suitable for self-driving tourists, it is relatively far to the southwest coast, and a taxi needs to be booked in advance.Unfortunately, cockroaches were found in a toilet and on the stairs, possibly due to the supermarket, everything else was perfect!

Had the best holiday, while staying here. We was a group of 5 friends all had our own bedroom the house is big enough so you’re not on top of each other. Was able to check in early and check out later with an extra cost but so worth it. Didn’t have air con working on the top floor if I’m being picky but overall great! Also choose to have the pool heated it’s definitely worth it! 😌

Beautiful villa in the hills of Costa adeji, with some of the best views from the top floor terrace and so peaceful Erika was extremely helpful throughout the stay Couldn’t fault in anyway and would recommended very highly. Definitely visit again

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maximus. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of four, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenage boys loved the heated pool! Janie was a great host, meeting us at the villa and providing some essentials for our first evening. We rented a car via Auto Reisen as recommended — the directions were clear and the villa was easy to find. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and family activities. We went whale watching, played tennis and mini golf at Tipsy’s, and had great meals at Maria Rosa’s in the harbour (amazing local food) and Mamma Lucia (fantastic Italian and seafood). We also enjoyed Siam Park and Loro Parque — perfect days out for the kids. A peaceful, beautiful haven with stunning views. Highly recommended!

Wow! Faustos villa was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Every little detail had been thought of and we really did feel like we were at home which was great given we had our 8 month old baby with us! I could not recommend enough. Fausto was great at communicating and the villa was in the perfect setting. Sunsets are amazing! Views are amazing and it’s far out of Adeje enough to be peaceful but close enough to be in easy reach of the hustle and bustle. Will 100% return and 100% recommend. Thankyou for having us Fausto!!

We recently visited this villa — and we are still impressed! It was exactly what was needed for a reboot: silence, nature, a luxurious interior and an absolute sense of privacy. The villa is equipped with everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail — from comfortable furniture to stylish decor. I was especially pleased with the view — waking up with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise from the terrace became a favorite ritual. The cleanliness is perfect, you can feel that the place is carefully cared for. The hosts are hospitable and responsive, helped with the transfer and advised great places nearby. If you are looking for a place where you can really relax your soul and body — I highly recommend it. I want to come back here!
