Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Podstrana

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We were there for one night in transit. Zoran welcomed us warmly and was flexible with the arrival time. The apartment has a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. Everything was as described and tidy.

Super nice and beautiful home, everything was clean. Supplies were provided. Not everything that was marked in the listing was present in, for example, the kitchen, but the most important things were there, at least we didn't really miss anything we needed. Nice quiet area, less than 1 minute walk from the beach and 2 supermarkets and a bakery less than a 5-minute walk on the road side. Split was about a 15-20 min. drive, if it wasn't busy on the road. Air conditioners work well! Very nice that we could borrow free beds and an umbrella on the beach, later even the large umbrella with the larger beds, really great! Really had a nice stay and sweet that you came to bring a bowl of grapes from the garden. We definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family.

Charming apartment, kind host. My husband and I loved our stay at Nina's place. It's in an area not accessible with a car, so Nina suggested a driver to pick us up at the Split airport. We are definitely glad we used the driver because he was very kind, his fee was reasonable, and he knew exactly where to drop us off. Nina and co-host Marina were waiting for us and helped carry our luggage to the apartment and up the stairs. So kind! Once inside they took time to explain everything we needed to know and to answer all our questions. Everything was perfect! It's within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Split, so we got an early start each day and returned to the apartment each afternoon to enjoy lunch and then relax on the indoor/outdoor porch. With the sun shining through the open windows, resting there was heavenly. A glorious spot for our afternoon naps. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and pretty. A lovely stay we will never forget.

Lovely accommodation spent 1 night here and it’s really beautiful. Marija very helpful and let us check in a little bit early. The garden is lovely and peaceful and the inside decor is lovely.

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

Lovely property and facilities just as described. Frane was very helpful with clear instructions. Such a relaxing location and a very short stroll to the sea. We particularly liked the town of Omis which is a 10 minute drive away with beautiful scenery, restaurants, shops and activities like boat hire, rafting and quad bike rental at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very kind and gave us a meat and cheese board whilst we were by the pool. We also had a lovely goody bag waiting for us when we departed. Simply perfect and I would not hesitate to return. Many thanks

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

This was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. Jelena was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying in this wonderful place, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.
