Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Podstrana

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in onze Airbnb in Split. De omgeving is prachtig, de villa is ruim en stijlvol, en er is ontzettend veel te doen en te zien in de buurt. Om bij de woning te komen is een auto echt noodzakelijk zoals ook duidelijk vermeld stond in de advertentie dus we waren blij dat we een huurauto hadden geregeld. Anka en haar familie waren ontzettend gastvrij, altijd goed bereikbaar en hebben ons uitstekend geholpen waar nodig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden deze plek zeker aanraden!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, haben uns direkt bei der Ankunft durch die Wohnung geführt und Empfehlungen für sämtliche Restaurants und Unternehmungen mitgegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

A perfect Airbnb for our group of 9 . 3 very comfortable fully equipped apartments on ground floor, 2nd floor and 3rd (top) floor with amazing views of the sea and Brac. The garden is beautiful with lots of space to relax, sunbathe, read in the shade. The pool's temperature is perfect with outside shower and fun pool lights. Tina and husband cooked a huge, delicious Croatian meal for us one night. Thank you! A short walk, 10- 20 mins will get you to several local restaurants & beach bars. We loved Amigos in Podstrana that served amazing fish meals & Italian dishes. A short walk down the hill takes you to the local well stocked grocery store and across the road to beach. The walk back up is steep but good exercise. We enjoyed day trips to Hvar on the ferry, hired a private boat to take us all to local islands which was thrilling & a trip to the amazing Krka national park waterfalls. We used Uber/ Bolt- easy & reasonably priced ~€15 to get to Split & ~€35 to/from airport.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

Superfijn en mooi huis, alles was schoon. Benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Niet alles wat in de advertentie gemarkeerd stond was aanwezig in bijvoorbeeld de keuken, maar de belangrijkste spullen waren er wel, wij hebben in ieder geval niks echt wat we nodig hadden gemist. Fijne rustige omgeving, op minder dan 1 minuut lopen van het strand en 2 supermarkten en een bakker op minder dan 5 min lopen aan de wegkant. Split was ongeveer 15-20 min. rijden, als het niet druk op de weg was. Airco’s werken goed! Heel fijn dat we gratis bedjes en een parasol konden lenen aan het strand, later zelfs de grote parasol met de grotere bedjes, echt super! Echt een fijn verblijf gehad en lief dat jullie een schaal met druiven uit de tuin kwamen brengen. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan aan onze vrienden en familie.

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

Charming apartment, kind host. My husband and I loved our stay at Nina's place. It's in an area not accessible with a car, so Nina suggested a driver to pick us up at the Split airport. We are definitely glad we used the driver because he was very kind, his fee was reasonable, and he knew exactly where to drop us off. Nina and co-host Marina were waiting for us and helped carry our luggage to the apartment and up the stairs. So kind! Once inside they took time to explain everything we needed to know and to answer all our questions. Everything was perfect! It's within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Split, so we got an early start each day and returned to the apartment each afternoon to enjoy lunch and then relax on the indoor/outdoor porch. With the sun shining through the open windows, resting there was heavenly. A glorious spot for our afternoon naps. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and pretty. A lovely stay we will never forget.

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Boravak je bio fantastičan! Smještaj je uredan, čist i opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i brzo je odgovarao na sve naše poruke, što nam je mnogo olakšalo komunikaciju. Jacuzzi je bio poseban dodatak koji je naš boravak učinio još ljepšim. Sve je bilo točno kao što je opisano i predstavljeno na slikama. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji žele kvalitetan odmor i sigurnu uslugu! ☺️

Appartement à proximité de Split à 10km. j'ai personnellement commandé un Uber pour m'y rendre. L'appartement était très propre, les hôtes très accueillant. Il y avait des pâtes, du riz, du café dans les placards. Le garage était grand et couvert.Bref je recommande si vous voulez visiter Split ou trogir.

The stand out feature of Suzana and Tomislav's apartment has to be the most stunning view. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was a favourite. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for everyone both inside and outside and there were plentiful supplies of dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilet rolls. They had also ensured there were basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and they generously bought in pasta, biscuits, fruit juices, water, milk, coffee and beer ready for our arrival. We were also treated to a traditional home cooked 'peka'. The location is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city but still have restaurants and a beach. The property was on a very steep hill so we chose to drive every where but it was very easy to find parking. Although the apartment is below Suzana's mother's property, it remained totally private and we felt completely relaxed.

Antonia’s place was extremely clean, the bedsheets and towels were spotless, the whole apartment in general was super clean! The shower was great too! We were welcomed by Tomo who made us feel welcomed and told us about the local restaurants and local beaches. Tomo and Antonia were always quick to respond to any questions! Antonia was really helpful in giving us direction to the apartment and helped guide us to the location. We definitely recommend Antonia’s place if you like a clean and well looked after AirBnB!

This was an excellent apartment in an excellent location. Jelena was always responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying in this wonderful place, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Frane was a great host with an amazing place to stay for a couple of days by the sea. we would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d une semaine chez Ana ! Tout était parfait et conforme à la description, très belle décoration, très propre, une jolie vue sur la mer avec une terrasse bien agréable La literie très confortable et le lieu paisible et reposant Ana nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle a su nous conseiller de bonnes adresses et a été très réactive à nos demandes Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Barbara was an amazing host! She was extremely friendly, accommodating and welcomed me like family. She was so sweet and offered fresh vegetables from her garden whenever I wanted. The tomato’s were delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I felt really safe and at home. Thank you Barbara!!

Biljana is a very friendly and nice lady. Her apartment is clean and comfortable. It is worth to mention that the distance from the apartment to old town will only cost 7-10 minutes. Everything is beyond my expectations. Thank you for hosting our family and highly recommended to everyone!

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We all had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone having the opportunity to stay in Split. Thank you Marin, a wonderful stay!

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Great apartment just outside of old town. Very comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay here again if going back to Split.
