Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Santa Margherita

Loved the location of the apartment. You can even watch the sunset through the little windows.

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

An incredible apartment in a quiet area away from the tourist area, but accessible at the same time. It was very satisfying to stay here, it is better and more beautiful than what you see in the photos. If you come to Venice, you have to stay here! Thank you Marta for making us feel right at home.

We had a great time in Vrsar. The terrace was a dream! Also the area was great. We walked to the beach every day and also to many great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. We also quickly found a parking space that was within walking distance. Violeta's descriptions were great and helped us a lot.

Great place to stay, brilliant location and 2 mins to the beach. Slightly noisy in early morning due to rubbish collections but the place was just as described and perfect for a getaway!

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

Luca was very friendly and always available. The apartment was very clean and is very close to the beach. There are also two loungers reserved on the beach. Unfortunately, it was too short but quite honestly, if we come back to Jesolo, we will not look for any other accommodation. This is simply amazing. Thank you Luca for everything🙂

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

We had a wonderful time in Mattia's house. It was sparkling clean, equipped with air conditioning in every bedroom and living room, and it had shutters and insect screens everywhere. Mattia himself was a very friendly, helpful and child-friendly host, who spoke excellent German. We can definitely recommend him and his accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Great AirBnB with everything you could need. Lots of thoughtful touches and extras by the host Stefania who was so welcoming and went the extra mile. We felt very comfortable with enough privacy but Stefania was always on hand straight away if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is lovely for dining, sunbathing and kids playing.

Vladimir's studio is absolutely beautiful. Was lovely chatting to him and he gave us advice on where to go.. The perfect getaway. We stayed one night and would have stayed longer if we had the time. It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Great parking facilities for if you have a car and everything is within walking distance. Would highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to stay in the neighbourhood

Great apartment near Venice. Check-in and out were uncomplicated and Nicole gave us good tips for the area and also helped us with the transfer. There are bicycles, so you can also shop and ride to the nearby beach. The apartment is spacious, has exterior blinds and fly screens. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We would come back again and again:)

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Great location, private and accessible

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️
