Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Porto Santa Margherita

The apartment is very spacious and is located on the ground floor, with everything very conveniently equipped. The apartment was really excellent clean. We were pleased upon arrival with cozy additional amenities, such as a small refrigerated basic supply, also a bottle of Prosecco, a homemade cake…. not to forget the cosmetic tissues, shower bath. Simply great! The communication was very good, trusting and helpful with tips on, for example, activities, shopping. A very caring landlady, who is very concerned about a pleasant stay for her guests. We felt absolutely comfortable, happy to come back.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Very clean and spacious with a vintage feel. Very quiet at all times. Had everything we needed and a friendly host. Felt very private with our own space away from the main property.

Strongly recommended to families with kids who want their children to have fun in the garden. It is a bit away from Venice but easily reachable by car. Roberta greeted us at the main gate and gave us an informative tour of the place. She was kind enough to set up the crib for my young one. Her garden has a slide and other play equipment, and has all sorts of fruits - loved the cherries!!! Would definitely stay again at her place.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! We were in the area for a wedding. Marta and Aniello's accommodation is superbly located, very clean, well equipped (iron, hair dryer), and we were also allowed to relax in the large garden. Marta always reacted quickly and was always easy to reach for all questions. Clear recommendation!

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

The accommodation is close to the sea and the pool. The stairs to the apartment keep you fit. Silvia was a wonderful, friendly hostess. The accommodation is very clean. The roof terrace is perfect!

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies for having breakfast outside and for hanging things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora has provided us with an umbrella and two sunbeds on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right next to it there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved spot under the building and get anywhere on foot. It's perfect for a few days of true relaxation!!

Chiara is not only a very special hostess, but also a very helpful and fantastic person. Since we were only able to arrive 3 days later due to a family illness, early morning check-in was not a problem. We received a very cordial welcome and Chiara gave us all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was absolutely clean, immaculate and equipped with all possible appliances. We immediately felt at home. The beach and sea were at your fingertips from the balcony and within walking distance. A really great and advantageous location, as we were able to reach the apartment very quickly on foot even with our 4-year-old when we took a break from the beach. Wonderful flat inside a villa that looks like a movie set. Literally 2 min walk from the city centre, but at the same time immersed in the nature...it gives you a great sense of peace and you truly feel like you want to spend time at the apartment and enjoy it

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. Great location. Quiet area and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Raoul met us at check-in and gave us great local recommendations. Gelato shop around the corner was fantastic too!
