Wir waren zu viert für vier Tage da und sehr glücklich mit der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, Außendusche, Grill, Sonnenliegen und Essentische hat uns gut gefallen. Beachten sollte man jedoch, dass die Anfahrt durch kleine Straßen führt und die Parkplätze eher eng sind. Man kann also schwer mit einem großen Auto anreisen. Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Our stay at the Bacoli Sveva Luxury House was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The apartment was just as stunning as the photos, bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Bacoli is peaceful and charming, offering a more local and relaxed experience compared to the hustle of central Naples. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality of our hosts, Imma and Michele. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly communicative and helpful. Michele provided clear instructions for transportation, answered every question we had, and even shared a website full of local tips, activities, and restaurant recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated how organized and professional everything was.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La chambre était super, très propre et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié le balcon pour déjeuner dehors le matin! Un petit commentaire qui serait à adresser, il serait bien de fournir du savon ou gel douche à l’avenir!

Agostino was an amazing host, he really went above and beyond and truly made our stay wonderful! He was super accommodating and friendly, bringing us breakfast croissants/orange juice every morning and bottled water throughout the day. The flat was clean and had good amenities (iron, AC, washing machine, espresso machine), and was only a short drive from the port or a walk away from the main streets. We would strongly recommend anyone visiting Ischia to stay at Agostino’s place!

Michele is graciously helpful host. Always so friendly and kindly made us very comfortable. House was exceeded expectations. Beautiful setting from terrace and balcony of sea views as well as wonderful gardens. House is well equipped and absolutely spotless clean !

Bedste Airbnb oplevelse nogensinde 😍🤩 Ignazio og hans bror var de sødeste og mest hjælpsomme værter. Aldrig har vi oplevet sådan en gæstfrihed. De har et rigtig flot og hyggeligt sted, med en bar hvor man både kan købe kaffe og drinks. Lejlighederne er pæne og rene og ligger tæt på alt. Ignazio er meget hjælpsom og kommer med gode anbefalinger. Han svarede indenfor meget kort tid og gjorde vores ophold helt perfekt. Lara und Alessandro ware sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und haben sich selbst nach dem Check-In immer mal wieder erkundigt, ob alles ok ist, bzw. haben hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. In Posillipo zu wohnen war für uns ein Glückgriff, denn direkt in der Stadt wäre es uns zu laut und zu chaotisch oder zu touristisch gewesen. In Posillipo ist man unter Einheimischen, hat den typischen Flair dieser Stadt mit leckerem Essen, aber auch die landschaftliche Schönheit direkt vor der Tür, und kommt mit dem Bus einfach in Zentrum. Zudem ist es eine sichere Gegend, nach Hause auf den Piazza S. Luigi zu kommen nach einem vollen Tag Sight-Seeing war immer eine Erholung und Freude.

Siamo stati meravigliosamente bene nell’appartamento di Cristina. Lei e suo marito Nicola sono stati host molto accoglienti e disponibili. L’appartamento è molto pulito e carino. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno, con una bellissima terrazza ombreggiata e ventilata con vista mare. Posizione ottima, vicina al bellissimo Sant Angelo. Torneremo sicuramente da Cristina e consiglio vivamente il suo appartamento.

Sabrina was an excellent host, very responsive when we text her. Very communicative that make us feel very comfortable to let her know wherever we needed. The apartment was exactly like we saw in the pictures. Clean and with everything we would needed. Thanks Sabrina, we really appreciate you!!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable long séjour d’un mois chez Paola. Son appartement est confortable, agréable à vivre et parfaitement situé : à quelques mètres du lungomare et très bien desservi par les transports. Que dire de Paola et de son mari ? Toujours disponibles, chaleureux et prêts à aider à tout moment. Leur gentillesse a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Sans oublier la magnifique terrasse, un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité à pied du quartier historique de Naples et du métro. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec deux chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle de bain. La qualité de service de Sadik notre hôte a été parfaite, il a été proactif, agréable et à l'écoute de nos besoins tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons été très satisfaits par la prestation globale en rapport avec le prix.

Carla’s place was situated in a good position for walking around Naples. Carla was very helpful from beginning to end. We would definitely stay again.

Gabriella, nous accueillit dans son superbe appartement, elle nous a expliquer tout ce qu’il fallait savoir, elle a également mis à notre disposition de quoi déjeuner et grignoter une attention qui nous a fait chaud au cœur, l’emplacement est parfait à 5min de la place plébiscito son emplacement au 5 eme étage fait qu’il est très silencieux , de plus l’appartement est très confortable et dispose d’une bonne literie et d’un roof top exceptionnel avec vue sur toute la ville parfait pour vous reposer après une longue journée, nous reviendrons sûrement dans ce logement si nous retournons à Naples Merci encore

El alojamiento nos sorprendió, era muy grande y cómodo, tenía camas suficientes para nuestro grupo, la cocina era muy agradable y estaba muy bien adecuada, estuvimos 5 días entonces tuvimos varios desayunos ahí, además tenía una luz acogedora y dos baños grandes y cómodos. Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de metro, y de una concurrida calle con comercio y comida, muy cerca del barrio español. A pie se podía ir a varios lugar y si no, el metro siempre ayuda. Aunque el barrio era muy ruidoso, nada de eso llegaba hasta el departamento, lo que permitía descansar bien después de un largo día de paseo y rica comida en la bella ciudad de Nápoles. Hay ascensor así que las maletas no son un problema y si te gusta el café, cinco cafeteras italianas. Lo recomiendo y si fuera de nuevo, lo escogería para quedarme.

El departamento de Brando es tal como se publica. Esta en una linda zona, bien decorado, a poca distancia del metro y cercano a todo lo necesario. Buenos restaurantes, bares y mercado cercanos. Brando ha sido super amable y siempre presente. Nos brindo excelentes recomendaciones Destaco este lugar !! Muchas gracias Brando, seguramente volveremos!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Roberto. il est venu nous saluer et nous a donné des instructions sur les alentours, il nous a très bien accueilli. le seul bémol est que la salle de bain manque d'aération et de ventilation donc la partie nuit ( salle de bain et chambre attenante) était un peu humide. Mais globalement, je recommande ce logement, qui est situé à quelques pas de la station de métro, ce qui était très pratique.

Paco's residence is a hidden pearl. It's a very beautiful small resort with pools, a natural sauna, incredible view on the sunset, very green, a lot of palm trees, high on the mountain/vulcanoside. Comparing to what the look of the resort was, the room fell a bit out of tune and could have been better. Even though, it was comfortable and we would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed, a lot.

Ischia è stupenda va visitata almeno una volta nella vita. Siamo state benissimo a casa di Anna che è arredata con gusto e qualità. Anna è stata gentilissima e ci ha procurato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Grazie Anna per la tua disponibilità.

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

superbe accueil de Lorenzo qui nous a aidé à apporter nos bagages jusqu'à la maison. il nous a aussi trouvé un lit bébé et a aménagé la terrasse avec une barrière pour que notre bébé de un an ne puisse pas accéder aux escaliers. merci beaucoup pour ce super séjour en famille dans la maison et autour de la piscine nous recommandons +++

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Lovely apartment with a good sized balcony for sitting out in the evenings. very close to the centre of Forio and all the restaurants and very close to the beach. we had a great time there and the environment was peaceful, very much a place for relaxing. Filomena was very helpful and communicated with us from the day we booked and was very friendly. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. If we are returning to Ischia we would definitely stay again.
