Beautiful apartment, everything within walking distance and a lovely roof terrace. We enjoyed the location and the fact that the beach was reachable within a 2 minute walk. Absolutely recommended

It was a real vacation! Sea and nightlife just a stone's throw... and siam we were super pampered by our host: from the fruit to the wine of their production, with which we were welcomed, to the lucky gift of a music concert! Clean house, with a nice living room and, above all, already equipped with towels and sheets (not for everyone). The only drawback, but it doesn't change the quality of the stay, was the absence of some kitchen items: we had no bottle opener and there were only fruit knives (the bread was missing). It was the stay we needed .

Sabrina is very welcoming and smiling, the accommodation is very well located, close to all amenities. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Magnificent stay of about ten days in a really comfortable, modern, spacious and clean apartment, in a great location. Perfect solution to enjoy the sea and relaxation: a short walk from the sea, at the same time it offers peace and quiet. A special thank you to Michele for his hospitality care.

Sabrina is very friendly and hospitable. The apartment seemed to have never been inhabited by other families because everything is new. There's NOTHING missing in the apartment. The location is noteworthy, a stone's throw from the cool pine forest, equipped establishments and the free beach. Nearby amenities. Very useful and noteworthy: parking space, elevator, air conditioning. You can enjoy a very pleasant view of the pine forest/sea.

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

The structure is newly built, modern style and with a breathtaking view. The living area is very large and bright. It was a very positive experience, I can only recommend it. Thanks also to the owner, who is always available.

Positive overall stay. The house matches the description, is clean and in a good location. There were three of us (two adults and a child) and the sofa would have accommodated the third person. However, upon our arrival we did not find the sheets or a suitable pillow for the sofa bed, but only the classic decorative pillows. It would have been useful to find everything already prepared or at least easily accessible. Otherwise, everything went well. Thank you!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to main centre of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. Annarita and her family are very gracious and helpful hosts and they speak perfect English too. The apartment was immaculate and exactly how described. Plenty of free parking for our hire car too. We highly recommend this airbnb and look forward to returning again one day.
