The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

The old barn became an apartment of 30 m2, which has its own entrance and a small garden, two roofed terraces, walk-in closet, a sofa and the bathroom with walk-in shower. You can see sunset behind the great Gran Sasso while you sit on the terrace with the glass of wine.
