Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Teramo

Ottima posizione, casa nuova e pulita, una persona resta a dormire in un'area lì di fianco durante l'alloggio. Comoda per mare e centro del Paese.

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfetto per una famiglia. Pulito ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort. Di pregio assoluto sono gli spazi esterni , avevamo a disposizione una piscina e una jacuzi idromassaggi. Spazio per il barbecue o per mangiare all'aperto. Dietro l'abitazione vi è un sentiero che porta al fiume molto carino per i bambini. Torneremo!

villa splendida, tutto impeccabile, nonostante la nostra numerosità lo spazio era più che abbondante, la casa è dotata di ogni confort e dispone di ampi e confortevoli spazi comuni. la signora Marta disponibilissima ci ha accolti con prosecco e dolci di benvenuto, lo consiglio vivamente, spero di tornarci presto.

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

La Butella was a beautiful home away from home. The views of the mountains, sea, and countryside were incredible. The hosts went out of their way to give us an authentic Abruzzo experience. The place was spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the whole experience was something we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

Alloggio stupendo.. Veramente da sogno, ha superato ogni aspettativa. Non rende minimamente dalle foto è ancora meglio di quanto sembri. Marco è Teresa sono meravigliosi. Gentili e disponibili. A colazione ci hanno fatto trovare dolci fatti in casa e tante altre cose buonissime. Consigliatissimo... Ci torneremo presto

The experience at La Casa Dei Nonni was exceptional. First of all we had a difficult time leaving Rome and were much later than expected, not only was Giovanni helpful but also very understanding and happy to meet us regardless of the hour. Giovanni was always there to answer questions. The space was perfect for us and was so peaceful at night. The location was the perfect mix of rural and still very close to town to walk around and eat pastries. We could not be happier with our stay and we will be returning I hope soon

Het huis is prettig. Goede keuken, waar alles aanwezig is. Badkamer, woonkamer alles is prima in orde. Een prima buitenruimte. Veel privacy en rustig. De buren zijn de schoonouders van Valentina. Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen. Prachtig zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Veel leuke plaatsen (bijv. San Benedetto en Ascoli Piceno) in de buurt die een bezoek waard zijn. Met de auto naar het strand is met de auto 5 minuten. Je kunt het openbare strand op, maar er zijn ook leuke strandtenten waar je een ligstoel etc. kunt huren. Supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Wij hebben er een heerlijke relaxte tijd gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in all, the stay at Villa Vittoria was great - I would definitely recommend this place for families/groups of friends, and I hope to come back again!

Wir genossen die Unterkunft mit den 2 Wohnungen sehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich sofort bei Fragen. Wir schätzten zudem ihre Diskretion und fühlten uns immer frei. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten zum Spielen unserer Kids 4&6 Jahre. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank für alles😀

This is a great place, beautiful view lovely pool (the photos don't do it justice) clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 13. of mixed ages. The restaurant just down the road was fantastic and provided a great option for food out without anyone needing to drive. Worth knowing the pool towels are actually down at the beach at the hotel linked to the property on the coast.. Bins were a bit complicated but we worked it out. It might have been easier for us just to ask marco to explain. Take mosquito spray. However our holiday was worth every bite !

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Wonderful holidays with my husband and kids😍the house is wonderful! Well equipped, everything very clean, we felt at home! Simply wonderful view. Perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy with your family. Samira was great with us, very helpful, gave us great tips. I highly recommend it!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana ospiti di Simone e dei suoi genitori. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta così come l'appartamento molto ben tenuto. La posizione è ottima se si cerca un posto tranquillo a 5 minuti in auto dal mare. Lo consigliamo.
