Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

Everything is great, nice old apartment as in the photos. Good location, fast with the trams, shopping center around the corner, you are fast at the Danube/main square/old town. but still very quiet. Kitchen equipment with the essentials for very simple cooking sufficient. Overall recommended.

Good location – just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The city center of Linz was also easily accessible. The apartment was spacious and pleasant to use. Even though I didn't use the kitchen appliances, it was good to know that everything was available. Overall a pleasant stay – thank you!
