Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

With 3 rooms and 2 large double beds (1.8 m), the accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 small children. The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertop invites you to cook together. Here you are perched high up with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Ideal for a relaxing break away from the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot into the beautiful surroundings. The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and Mainau Island is also not far away. The beautiful, long lakeside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 min.) will take you to the city.

Wellcome in our modern furnished DG apartment with beautiful views of the Hegauberge. An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker); large living room with TV and dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby crib); small bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
