Die großzügige und helle Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss (100 m²) bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage hat ein Doppelbett und ein Kinderbett für 2 Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage verfügt zusätzlich über eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Zur Mitbenutzung steht unser Garten mit Pool (Saison Mitte Mai-Sept.) Trampolin, großer Wiese zum Fußballspielen, Feuerschale und Grill zur Verfügung. Wir befinden uns genau zwischen Regensburg und dem Oberpfälzer Seenland (ca. 20 km).

It is ideal for your work stay in the region or for your guest lectureship. Additionally, it offers a quiet and cozy retreat in the countryside. Nevertheless, Regensburg is quickly accessible by car (20 minutes), bus, and train.
