It has a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool (heated from April 15 to the end of September) and a jacuzzi (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000m plot of land. We are 4km from the expo park and 4.2km from ker lann ,4.5km from the airport and 9km from the center of Rennes . Rennes -Lorient expressway 2 km away. 3 Golf about 5km away.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, we live on the ground floor. The apartment, not intended for people with reduced mobility, claustrophobes should refrain, is served by a private elevator, and emergency exit by interior stairs, access by the basement allows total independence.
