Das Ziel: Fühlt Euch wie zuhause! Wir kümmern uns leidenschaftlich um unsere Gäste. Wir kennen Köln und die Umgebung wie unsere Westentasche und teilen gerne unser Wissen mit unseren Gästen. Unser Haus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und liegt nur 20 Minuten entfernt vom Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Phantasialand.

Herzlich willkommen im "21st Appartement" in Düsseldorf. Dieses ca 40 qm große Appartement ist super gelegen, ruhig und absolut zentral, im Herzen von Düsseldorf. Fußläufig durch einen wunderschönen Park erreicht man in 10 Minuten die Königsallee, oder in die andere Richtung den modernen Medienhafen. Die hippe Lorettostraße, mit Ihren kleinen individuellen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Messe ist mit der Bahn innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu erreichen.

Small, peaceful flat (for 1 guest) with modern facilities, located directly next to the Düsseldorf trade fair centre and the Nordpark. The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

Zu meiner Wohnung ist zu sagen, dass ich hier lebe. Soll heißen. Mein Angebot ist keine Ferienwohnung sondern eine normalerweise bewohnte Bleibe. Wenn Gäste kommen ziehe ich zu meiner Mutter, einen Ort weiter. Meine Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Selbst Lebensmittel, Kaffee, Tee und Milch werden Sie vorfinden. Die Wohnung ist also nicht steril, sondern lebendig. Ich biete ein Futonbett (140x200)und eine Schlafcouch an.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Die Wohnung wird von uns kontinuierlich renoviert, verbessert und weiterentwickelt - wie ein Kunstwerk, also kann es kleine Abweichungen zu den Fotos geben. Schau mal ob du etwas Neues entdecken kannst ;)

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
