Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next door. Sleeps 8 on 2 floors: 180cm +2x80cmin 3 floors and 150cm +2x80cmin 1 floor, walk-through in two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

Cabin in idyllic surroundings on Icelandic horse farm

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farmhouse on Røysland Gård, where for many years there has been a riding camp in the summers. This unique and quiet place to stay makes it easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua it is an idyllic walk of 3 minutes down to the lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the area.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Holiday coziness at the sea shore Båtbu1960

Lovely summer place on the water's edge - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo. and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boat cabin was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could stay overnight. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat warehouse in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun every hour of the day!

Båthus ved sjøen

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Camp Skarvann Risør - Lavvo 2

Large and spacious lavo, with benches and tables inside. On the flat outside there are seating groups and a fire pit. PS: There is no firewood provided. There is access to gas grill as well. There are some mattresses available inside the lavo. It is also possible to rent a hot tub. Then the hot tub will be fired up and you'll get wood to continue firing. This must be arranged upon booking. Price and availability upon request

Great newer cabin with sea view.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
