Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Our apartment is located at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. It is very centrally located and you can also easily reach it by bus and train. Parking is right outside the front door. There is also a terrace, as well as a small garden to relax and barbecue. The apartment is renovated and offers plenty of space. There is a separate bedroom with a french bed. A small room with 1 bed and large closet. The living room with the large sofa bed can be used for sleeping.
