Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Wooden house at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Old Stoahaus - Sacherl with hot tub and sauna

The chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" is located in Wegscheid and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One of them has a separate bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, while the other bedroom has a shower and WC. The chalet therefore offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and a Smart TV.

We are the Stöckl family and we are happy to welcome you to our vacation home completed in 2021. Asberg is a small village belonging to the municipality of Innernzell. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature in the middle of nowhere. Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).
