Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rome

Dear Pio and Lolanda, We are so grateful and thankful to you both !Your place was like living in a dream ! You are incredible hosts and am so glad to have found you !Your attention to detail and your kindness surpassed everything else. We found family in Rome ! From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

There is nothing to criticize on the apartment. It is next to a shopping center where you can buy everything to cook for yourself. Public transportation is also sufficient to take you to the city center quickly. We were there within an hour every day. It was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony. It was also private enough.

Great host , give us cake one day .great service.I would recommend to everyone who plans to visit rome .

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

The stay was extremely easy, was a walkable distance to the city, and they were very understanding and caring hosts

There were five of us (3 adults and 2 teenagers) staying with Vanda for five days. The apartment has everything you need and is quietly located. So you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city in the morning and evening. Free parking in front of the door and 15 minutes by car to the city are great. Bus and train are also very good, but then it takes more like 30-50 minutes. We could not use the pool (November) despite 25 degrees (really true).
