Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rosemary Beach

Wonderful place to stay, close to the beach and other amenities but quiet street away from the crowds. The pool is definitely a huge perk. The refrigerator unfortunately went out during our stay but Presley was extremely responsive and quick to get it fixed. The floors were a little dirty for a crawling baby but other than that, we loved our stay and definitely recommend!

We had the best time celebrating a bachelorette at this amazing airbnb! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our weekend vacation!

My 9 year old son loves sharks and all the things ocean. We didn’t show him pictures of where we were staying to surprise him… his face was priceless. My youngest son loved the hanging sharks! One of the best places we have ever stayed. The detail of the house is amazing and so kid friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Kalos Dwellings was extremely helpful and responsive from booking through our entire stay. They made sure to have a pack n play ready for us after I had inquired about it for our baby and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was perfect for our extended family and our kids loved swimming in the pool. We will look to stay here again!

This area was very nice. Syndie gave us great restaurant locations. We especially enjoyed the Donut Hole and Bill's Bayou. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked and organized. The master bedroom was very spacious and comfy. The beach area was extremely nice and not over crowded. The house was literally a five minute walk to Inlet Beach.

We had a great stay! We would stay here again. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. I loved that the livingroom and kitchen were on the top floor. The view was great and we even got to watch a lightening storm. There was dish soap & dishwasher detergent supplied. Every room had a bathroom and that was really convenient. There was shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap in all of them too. I didn’t realize that the house was 4 stories. There is an elevator though and my parents were grateful for it. It was nice to be able to put the groceries on it and get them to the kitchen on the top floor. There is a golf cart to use to travel around. My kids enjoyed the bikes too! There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we used at the beach. Also, plenty of beach towels.

This condo was such a great place for our family. We were here for a baseball tournament and the rest of our team also stayed at Seascape. There’s so much to do on the property and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a lot of beach supplies for us on the porch- chairs, umbrella, cart, and lots of toys.

Beautiful, very relaxing condo. My wife and I had a great time at Amy’s place. Everything we wanted to do and go to was within 10 minutes from the condo. A must stay!

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners had a beautiful comfortable place for us to enjoy our vacation. The rooms were spacious and their were two rooms with a master bath. They have a enclosed garage and one extra parking spot and an overflow lot for extra guests. The outside patio was spacious and had nice patio furniture all around the open living kitchen and lounging areas. The access to the beach was only a 5 minute walk. I would have to say that our stay was worth every cent we spent and look forward to staying here again.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

AMAZING HOUSE!! This house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nicely decorated with high quality items. It was fully stocked and extremely clean. The hostess is very helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can't beat the location. So convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely book again.

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bedrooms. Nice beds. Lots of TVs. Pool table was a hit. Foosball and shuffle board tables also were used. Kids liked the pool. Plenty of beach gear and baby items. Quick responses from the host. We all had a good time.

Very nice place, and plenty of room for our family on 7. Kacy was excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

Unit hard to find other than that it was Perfect
