Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

You will feel comfortable in this newly renovated accommodation with a direct view of the horses. The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. One room is equipped with a double box spring board 180x200 and the other room with two beds 120x200. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions. Welcome to the Rottaler Ferienhaus Waldwinkel holiday apartment. This cozy apartment is part of our vacation home with a total of three lovingly furnished apartments. The small apartment "Waldwinkel" delights with modern charm, a cozy atmosphere and a sunny terrace for switching off and enjoying. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The spacious glazing creates the connection between inside and outside. To the north, the view from the kitchen to the Bavarian Forest is impressive.
