The newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has recently become available to holiday guests in the Kipnick holiday home. The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and deceleration are guaranteed on vacation.

Here, you will hear nothing but the sound of birdsong and the gentle lowing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath, and leaving everyday life behind you.

Quiet Room in the Green near Salzburg

It is very quiet, sunny + green here. The room is on the ground floor and small, barrier-free. It has 1 sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people. 1 more person could sleep on a very good mattress. Shower/toilet is for guests only. Own entrance with key is also available. The office equipment with PC, fax, printer, etc. can be used. On request, I will be happy to make breakfast, then you tell me what you want to eat + drink. There is no kitchen, but there is one on the 1st floor that can be used.

Mountain chalet 2

Our mountain farm chalets blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets were built according to old carpentry and joinery skills. Furnished with the flair of traditional materials, such as stone, fine fabrics and wood that is over 300 years old, some of which is used again in the custom-made furniture. Each of the 3 mountain chalets is at ground level and therefore barrier-free. The mountain chalet 2 has a living space of approx.

Double room 3, bathroom with bathtub, 38.5 m²

The historic inn with a 16th-century vaulted cellar is located in the center of Fridolfing next to the town hall and the church. After extensive renovation, this gem was reopened in January 2015 and is developing into a meeting place for culture and culinary delights. The guest rooms and the five guest rooms with modern bathrooms have been lovingly furnished down to the last detail. A large roof terrace with beautiful views is available for the house guests.

Holiday flat Waldblick

Farm in a secluded location, directly on the Alz with its own bathing jetty. Garden house with outdoor seating and barbecue. Playground with equipment available, large trampoline. Plenty of space to play and romp around. In winter, the Chiemgau ski areas are not far away (approx. 25 km). Ice skating on natural ice at Seeoner See and at Chiemsee possible depending on the weather. Winter hikes directly from our farm. Shopping facilities approx. 2 km away.

Chalet Woidhaisl with Jacuzzi (Euler Naturhotel)

Exclusively for couples: The Woidhaisl Seeblick chalets offer 75 m² of luxurious togetherness in the middle of nature. The view over the lake, a crackling fireplace and a private Finnish sauna provide a romantic atmosphere. On the large terrace with heated hot tub you can enjoy pure relaxation. High-quality materials make the chalet the ideal retreat. The chalets are made of regional materials such as wood, stone and glass – each Woidhaisl is unique.

Our big one - tiny house

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You are my personal guest here and I open my space for personal development with individual additional packages of energetics, culinary, communication, Italian and dance. My garden offers a cozy terrace with fireplace and solar shower. From the house you can walk through the forest and to the nearby horse farm. Schärding and Passau can be reached in a few minutes by car.
