Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

You will feel comfortable in this newly renovated accommodation with a direct view of the horses. The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
