In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.
