I really enjoyed my stay with Adam & Annie! Their East Nashville bungalow was beautifully designed & super comfortable, plus the location was perfect to check out local shops & restaurants. Both Adam & Annie were awesome hosts, and I would highly recommend their space.

My partner and I stayed at Adam & Annie's home in East Nashville recently. Located on a quiet street, a short drive away from some excellent eateries & cafes, the location is superb! The house is wonderfully decorated. Rarely have I set foot in a house so beautifully appointed. Every detail has been considered. The room is located on the upper floor, which was exclusive to my partner and I. There is a cozy living room for you to enjoy a meal or listen to a record. An added treat was Adam & Annie's two sleepy cats and two lovely dogs. We had an amazing time in Nashville... staying at this amazing home only made our experience supremely better! Adam & (Laura)

Awesome host and awesome dog

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quick set up to sleep and felt cozy because of the size of the room. Nice to have the option of a TV, but didn't get to use it because we were tired. This place was away from city noise and had lots of green to take in. German Shepherd 7month pup was super sweet and didn't bug us at all. Casey's suggestion that if we needed to put him inside the house due to his barking was nice. She was accommodating and friendly. Glad we stayed here even if for 1 night.

Jonathan's Solo East condo unit was a blessing in disguise for our first trip into Nashville. The listing does not do it any justice for how clean, spacious, and accommodating pad was, and after a busy weekend in Music City, neither of us wanted to leave! Would definitely check this place out first the next time we're in Nashville.

The building is brand new and completely gated off with security cameras everywhere which made us feel safe. Jonathan's apartment is super nice and has a hip feel to it. He provided us with coffee and a French press, which after a night on broadway was necessary for recovery. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!

Jonathan's place is awesome! My wife and I stayed there for a night while visiting friends in Nashville and we had a great time. The apartment is very new and spacious, the whole apartment complex is quiet and seems very safe. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Also the apartment was nicely decorated and organized. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was super clean and well-equipped if you wanted to cook and eat there. The location was also very convenient too. It seems like east Nashville is a growing area with new constructions and hip new restaurants just a few minutes drive away from Jonathan's place. It's much quieter than the downtown Nashville area and definitely less touristy. It was great for us and we got to Broadway street quick and cheap with Lyft/Uber. Jonathan was very friendly and responsive and super accommodating with everything, and contacted me in advance to make sure the electronic door lock was working. Overall a great apartment with a fantastic host! I highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Jonathan's flat is a quick 10 minute drive into the downtown area. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. He was very responsive if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Nashville!

Was just a quick overnight stay for me, but Shane made me feel right at home. I loved the space and tranquility of the home and having the guys right there if I needed (they live next door). Felt like a very comfortable, warm, and homely stay, but with the organisation to the standard of a hotel. Location is great. Safe and has a community vibe, chatter with the neighbour as we were having our morning coffee on the porch. I highly recommend a 15min walk down to 5 Points for food, coffee, drinks, Fanny's House of Music or just to stretch your legs and feel like a local. Roland gave me some great advice on New Orleans. Highly recommend this to any type of traveler -I was solo female, and felt completely safe and inspired.

Taylor's cottage is well-located with easy access to downtown Nashville and highways, making it a good stop if you are just passing through and need a place to crash. Easy self check-in let us keep our arrival plans flexible, and Taylor was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. However, overall cleanliness could be improved and would make for a more comfortable extended stay at the cottage.

Taylor was helpful and friendly. Nice and private. Good place to lay our heads at the end of a long day. It was kind of hard to keep cool though on a hot southern summer day.

This home was perfect for a place to crash after a night out on the town. It was quaint and comfortable. Smaller than what I expected but still adorable. Some light cleaning might need to be done in the kitchen and bathroom, but the water pressure wasn't as much of an issue as I had thought it would be. I would definitely rent again.

Taylor was very kind and we had a great time in Nashville. I think knowing a few things about our cozy cottage would have made our stay even better. The cottage only has one A/C unit and it's in the bedroom but it works very well and we were comfortable sleeping; not so comfortable hanging out in the living area. The bed was very nice. There is a shower but very little water pressure even when instructions are followed to get optimal water pressure so just be prepared for that. Best pressure was in the kitchen. The kitchen had cups but no plates and the fridge had some expired milk and other groceries still in it. With how small the place is it would have really made a difference if it were cleaner. Run a vacuum a time or two more and get the dirt out of the corners. All in all we still had a great time. If you approach this space with the attitude your "glamping" you'll love it!

The house is perfect if you really only need a place to lay your head at night. It's doesn't feel super clean, but it is a very old house so we were able to forgive that. The bed is very comfortable and the house has a charming feel to it. The front doorknob is loose and we couldn't get it to stay closed without slamming it, and there isn't a seal around the door which would help with insulation and keeping bugs out....I discovered a big spider in the bed with us after we woke up. Other than that the stay was pleasant. It's a cheap option that will get you close to some cool places in east Nashville.

Seth was great with communication and flexibility on check in/check out. His place in East Nashville is in an up and coming neighborhood with great restaurants just a walk away. (The Pharmacy Beer Garden that Seth suggested was amazing!) The place is also about a 10 minute drive to Broadway, so no complaints there. Comfy beds, towels, and coffee were provided for us so all and all the stay was great. Thanks Seth!

If you're in need of a place to stay while visiting Nashville, Kelley's home is the perfect place! I'm an avid Airbnb-er but had never rented just a private room before (I typically rent the entire home) and was a bit uneasy going into it, but Kelley's private room was essentially an entire home for us! We had the entire top floor to ourselves and made use of the amenities the provided! The bedroom is very spacious and gets great sunlight. The upstairs living room is perfect to relax after a long day hanging out in the city and the bathroom is quite large as well. We were also fortunate enough to use their amazing kitchen to cook a few meals during our stay! Kelley and Miles were so kind and eager to help us find the best places to eat and suggested activities for us to do during our stay. The location was a major plus, too-- we were no further than 10-15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and downtown (Broadway). Had an amazing stay at Kelley's place! If you're headed to Nashville, be sure to make this your home away from home for your trip!

Kelley's place is great. It's in East Nashville, which is a really great neighborhood with awesome food, beer, and a nice park. It's clean, comfortable, and easy to come in and out. Miles and Kelley are amazing hosts who made me feel incredibly welcome-- they are really fun people!

This was a nice little house in a well located neighborhood. It accommodates me, my husband and daughter nicely. The host was very easy to reach when needed, and was able to accommodate us very last minute after our flight was cancelled.

The best house in Nashville for Airbnb.

The house is very cozy and very well equipped with utensils and enough material to pass the days we were in Nashville. The silence and tranquility is absolute. The kit is cutting edge, with audio and video equipment of last generation. We felt right at home. The announcement and what we found is exactly the same, except to go to Downtown is better to drive, walk takes a lot more than 10 min. The next time we go to Nashville repeat in this house.

Great space for our 4 day trip to Nashville. Neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant and is definitely a up and coming region of nashville.

My fiance and I stayed here for a night while we were in town for a comedy show. Julia's place was clean, equipped with everything we needed and more, and super cute inside. It was easy to find and even had WiFi and Netflix! Perfect for a two-person stay.

Matt's space is really bright and clean and the bed is super comfortable. The shower is also super nice. The coffee they leave is so delicious! Location is great, very close to lots of fun places and parking is easy. (I had a car.) Highly recommend.

Ideal Airbnb where you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself (750 sq ft or so) with external entry from the driveway via numeric keypad. You also have your own shower/bathroom. Nice touches on the decor and a very quiet/relaxing place to stay - very clean as well. The location is great - there are some decent sit down places to eat within walking distance. Walking downtown/Broadway would be sort of long but an Uber is 10 min and maybe $6. The hosts are super friendly and responsible, and also very responsive to messages. I'd be more than happy to stay here again. There's no reason to hesitate booking here.

Matt's Place was a great place to stay for Labor Day weekend. Matt was a very professional host and was very accommodating. Unfortunately he was out of town the weekend I was there, but he kept in touch via the app very well. I wish the kitchenette had more to offer like a sink/stove, but the coffee was good and the loft was very well kept and well decorated too. Location was good and parking wasn't an issue with two cars.

Cheryl's home is amazing! So clean and modern. Great location and friendly neighbors. The photos of her home are great but do not do it justice, it's by far our favorite place we have ever stayed using Air B&B. We will absolutely stay here again next visit.

This was better than a hotel. Brand new contemporary home, which was immaculately clean. Extremely comfortable bed (memory foam) and awesome shower. Cheryl is so down to earth and extremely helpful on providing information on all the great places to go. I highly recommend this place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from most of the tourism in Nashville.

Cheryl was a great host. From the initial interaction she was up front and willing to answer any questions. Upon arrival I found the house to be in great condition and the house was beautiful. A few outlets in the bedroom don't work so beware of that. But other than that small issue, it was a great stay and there were no problems with the neighbors or neighborhood. I didn't drive into the city because of the $$$ to park but it was only about $9 to Uber or lyft. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore all of Nashville.
