The place is beautiful an very comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is amazing, equipped with everything you can think of and more. We stayed for 45 days, and felt at home from the second we set foot on it.

I stayed once again at Robert and Cleopatras apartment and it was excellent. The hospitality and communication were great. The last day they also invited me to chat a little and we had a really good time exchanging experiences. I would really recommend this apartment for people who want to live a little bit outside but still in reach of Münich.

Everything was perfect. I started an internship in Münich and needed a place to stay for the first week. Roberts place was a great choice because of the location, price and cleanliness. The hospitality was just a cherry on the top.

It was a really nice place to stay. Everything lovingly and very nicely furnished with a view of the countryside. The terrace invites you to relax. It was very clean and there was a great modern bathroom. Nicola and Wuck are very nice hosts, very uncomplicated and the communication as well as the check-in were quick and smooth. Wuck made us a coffee extra early, which we found very nice. We felt completely comfortable and would choose this accommodation again at any time. The location is ideal. It is quiet and green, but very close to a S-Bahn station, so that in 25 minutes in the city center of Munich with the S7. We really enjoyed everything very much and thus "sweetened" our stay in Munich in the truest sense of the word. I was very happy to meet Nicola and Wuck, two smart people who fit in well with the world. ❤️

At Nicola and Wuck we immediately felt at ease, in the lovingly furnished apartment, in the garden is a paradise and especially in the open and interesting talks with Nicola and Wuck. From the garden you can walk through a small grove immediately into the fields to walk with a view of the Alps. It is a wonderfully quiet location and at the same time there is a good connection to Munich. We can recommend the apartment to everyone.

Exactly how I wanted it: From the first minute I felt welcome. Nicola and Wuck are warm, open people who have welcomed me with open arms. The accommodation is exactly as described, offers the necessary comfort and the possibility to retire - if you want. Always on the loose slogan or ready to share about God and the world, it's fun to talk to them. I was at a fair, the way they described it to me great - there are with the S / U train also only 30 minutes. Once again a great alternative to the boring hotels of this world. Great stay. I went on a business trip to Brunnthal (south of Munich) with a reservation on another Airbnb, which was cancelled on the same day of my arrival. Mrs. Grudun saved my day, allowing me to book her room just a few hours before my check-in. She is a lovely excellent host and made me feel very welcome. She was very helpful with anything I needed and one night even gave me a ride to a very nice Bavarian restaurant. The room is very clean and has everything that is needed. The location is very close to public transportation (bus and S-Bahn station). I recommend anyone travelling to Munich or the surroundings to stay with Mrs. Grudun.

The accommodation is quiet. Everything is very clean and the decor is also great. You also have a towel and shower gel for the bathroom. The connection to Munich is very good. It takes about 8 minutes to the bus stop Jahnstraße and from there the bus goes directly to the underground and S-Bahn station Neuperlach Süd, from which you can easily get to the city center of Munich (time from the house to the main station about 35-40 min). I would definitely come back again.

There were two nights. The location is excellent: 12 minutes walk to S-Bahn (S7). Direct branch to Marienplatz. We were in a car, but they refused to go to the center immediately in favor of public transport, faster and cheaper. Moreover, the presence of underground parking was decisive, because with free parking in Munich is stressful. Nearby there is an EDEKA market where you can buy. Ground floor apartment with its own patio, where there are armchairs and a small garden. The apartment has a fresh and very high-quality repair, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There was a complement - a bottle of wine, very nice. Definitely stop next time.

I totally recommend Kerstin accommodation. We have been 3 people and we have been very comfortable, everything was very clean, the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. Although it is a bit remote, communication with the center of Munich is very good

When I arrived the flat was very clean and nicely decorated. The large window provides lots of light, the bathroom is very modern and the kitchen has most necessities as well as a small stove for cooking. The location in central Ottobrunn is good, SBahn about 10mins by bike. Martin is easily reachable and was helpful when I required something. He has two little girls who are very friendly and nice but have high energy - can be somewhat noisy in the early morning, however not a problem if you sleep with earplugs. He sent back most of the cleaning fee as promised in the description. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again, thanks for the great hospitality.

I found everything as expected. The connection to the public transport network was excellent. It should be noted here that the accommodation is not directly in Munich, but if you mainly drive to the southeast of Munich, it is ideally located. Martin's hospitality and helpfulness should also be emphasized, so that I had a very pleasant stay in Ottobrunn.

Martins place is super clean and has everything we needed. It is not right in Munich but there is public transportation that goes straight there. Also I really like the little terrace!

It was a wonderful stay with my wife and daughter in Franz apartment for almost 2 months. Bus stop is very close to the apartment so it's very comfortable for my daily commute to city. Also Franz provided his bicycle which helped me to explore the place and also for shopping. He was there to help us whenever we needed something. Will stay in his apartment if I visit Munich again.

Franz is a wonderful host and his appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need (even the kitchen has all stuff you need for cooking). Silke was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make my stay special. Silke was very enthusiastic and helpful in providing recommendations for what to do while in Munich and was also available when I just wanted someone to chat with. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt at home in Silke’s accommodation. Her home is located in a quiet, safe, and quaint neighborhood, less than 10 minutes walk to the train and about a 25 minute train ride to the city center. The upstairs flat is bright, vibrant and wonderfully decorated with a private bathroom, bedroom, and living area. I’m already looking forward to my next stay in Munich and would highly recommend Silke’s place to anyone!

For us it was a great pleasure to stay at Helen's house! She and her husband were kindly supportive, and with fully equipped kitchen we managed to celebrate the New Year with ease and joy! The top guest floor is very well decorated so as the whole house. The neighborhood new and quiet, and within a short walk on the straight road there's a train station to ride to the city!

We stayed 4 days at Joaquim's apartment, overall our stay was great. The location is about 12km from Munich, we were by car and this made it a lot easier. The fit is good size and is well equipped, we miss microwave. The only detail that was complicated for us is that it is on the 2nd floor, garage access is not that simple and there is no elevator. We had big bags and that made it a little difficult but overall we enjoyed it a lot.

We enjoyed our two week stay at Joachim's apartment. Although the kitchen looks small it is very well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. The apartment is well laid out and feels roomy, with lots of natural daylight. The bus to the metro is right outside the door and it is about 30 minutes to Central Munich. Although the apartment is on a fairly busy road it is quiet and the balcony looks onto a treed area, so it is very private. We are happy to recommend this apartment for a Munich visit.

We were with 11 people in Sabine's house and were super satisfied. There is a lot of space there, the kitchen and living room are large enough for many people and yet it is very cozy. The whole house was super clean. The equipment is very good, we lacked nothing. There is also a garden with a grill. You can walk to the S-Bahn in 10 minutes, which goes directly to the city center. Definitely recommendable.

Excellent experience, everything as described and pictured, and Sabine’s hospitality is off the chart. We had a Christmas family reunion here with ten persons and the house was ample, comfy and cosy. Also, the kitchen contained all we needed to cook our holiday meals together. Great place!

Sabine’s house is gigantic and really cool. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with a 10-15 walk from train. There are restaurants and a place to buy lederhosens nearby. The train takes about 35 minutes to get to Marienplatz and the system is very easy to understand. There were 8 of us and we had a great time at Oktoberfest and and had plenty of space at the house. The backyard is awesome too. Sabine is also very helpful with advice, tips, and is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend especially for larger groups of people. Danke schön Sabine!

We were two families, 8 people and had more than enough space! The house was quite large and had plenty of beds; several rooms were connected though. The house does not have air conditioning but there was one fan. When I asked if there were more, Sabine said no but bought two more the next day. She was very kind and helpful and was very responsive.

Traditionally comfortably furnished, equipped with all cooking utensils and everything else you need. From the cheese grater to the hand mixer everything was there! Gudrun has also collected a great deal of information brochures on activities in and around Munich as well as S-Bahn timetables etc. and made them available to guests. House is located in a quiet area, bus station with S-Bahn connection is very close. We had a pleasant stay.

Three of us stayed at Pierre's place for three nights and all agreed that is a perfect place to stay at a reasonable price, thus proving to be great value for money. The check-in/check-out process were easy, the place was sparkling clean and had everything one might need. A lot of towels and bathing supplies, cutlery, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The host also provided a pack of coffee and teabags. The place is well-furnished, well-ventilated, albeit located in the cellar, and could be warmed up with several heaters. As far as location is concerned, Neubiberg/Ottobrunn S7 railway stations are located within walking distance (15 min by foot). There is also a bus to the underground station. All in all, in 30 mins, one might reach Ostbahnhof and around 40 mins the city centre (Marienplatz). The neighbourhood is calm and residential area with a great backery around the corner. To sum up, great place to stay at if you are looking for a well-maintained flat in the city suburb at a great price.

Pierre is a great host. He was very friendly and the check-in was perfect even though we arrived late due to heavy traffic on the roads. The apartment is nice and was refreshingly cool on a hot summer day. We just stayed for one night and then travelled to Crotia. We had a good breakfast around in Ottobrunn which is a nice place in southern Munich.

The bed is comfortable and the pull-out sofa as well. In addition, we were allowed to use two bicycles, so you can get as perfect and fast to the S-Bahn station (in 25 minutes in Munich) or wherever else. Anett is a great hostess, very warm and thoughtful to the well-being of her guests.

The communication with Anett was great, she was quick to respond and helped me with all my needs. Easy check-in, check-out. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures, well-equipped, suitable for even a longer stay. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is located in a residential complex and is very quiet, you can see from the balcony (like an extended living room) into the countryside, access by car is easily possible (handicapped accessible, for loading / unloading), a parking was within a radius of 2 minutes Find. Worth the time to stay at a quiet small town with the friendly family

The house is located about 1 kilometer from the tram station Ottobrunn, the room is upstairs, relatively large and clean. The only improvement would be a small game directly in the room so that you do not have to run up and down the bathroom again and again.

Rudi and Regina are super friendly! I really enjoyed the time there. The apartment is in a very quiet and beauty neighborhood just 10 mins away walking from the train station Ottobrunn. Really lovely couple who was always helpful and friendly.

Regina and Rudi we felt very comfortable. Both are very hospitable; even a bottle of water and a bottle of wine were ready in the room to welcome. In addition, we were supplied with garden fresh, unsprayed apples. The key handover was unproblematic; We had previously been in contact by telephone and could agree. The room and the bathroom were super clean and everything was lovingly decorated.

We were looking for a place to stay near Eastern Munich for business - Rudi & Regina's place was perfect. ideally located for a trade fair visit. The motorway connection is not far away and the drive to the P + R parking Feldkirchen Ost is manageable despite Messestau. From there continue with the shuttle bus to Messe Ost.

Tobias was super friendly, the communication was very easy and at check in he was very accommodating. Especially for the time at the Oktoberfest was the price performance ratio top and it was even beer in the fridge for us.

This is 100% my favorite Air BnB stay ever! The hosts are absolutely the nicest people we ever stayed with, they gave me step by step instructions on how to get there by train, suggestions on places to eat, and Brigitte even gave me a flower pin for my hair to take to Oktoberfest. The place is gorgeous, with so many thoughtful touches, she left snacks and fruit, and there were so many toiletries if you forgot anything. This is an easy 15 min train ride to Munich, perfect for Oktoberfest, but also out in the beautiful countryside. Cannot race about this place enough

It was very clean with amenities such as towels, soaps, incense, fruit, cold drinks & coffee. I highly recommend these hosts and apartment. Thank you so much for welcoming me.

Incredibly cozy and well-appointed apartment - quiet and easy to get to and from by train. There were both drinks and fruit for us. Very friendly host couple!

Great place to stay! Chris and his wife were very accommodating, and provided coffee, beer, snacks, water, and other nice comforts. Chris had some great recommendations on local eateries within walking distance. Room was nice, modern, and clean. Only thing to be aware of is that there isn't a standing shower - only a bathtub with sitting spray attachment. Not a concern for me, but something to note. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The attic at Chris is beautiful. Large and flooded with light, very comfortable and lovingly furnished. A Nespresso machine, Proseco, water, fruit, snacks ... everything available. The best part was the bed. Much better than mine at home. Have rarely slept so well :-)) The communication with Chris worked very well. Everything is wonderful! I'd like to come back.

The perfect communication, everything was impeccable, let me out later and provided me with everything I wanted. Spacious room with balcony and a chair for sunbathing ☀️

A very calm place to stay. Lots of green around the flat. The hosts are very nice and great people. Be sure that you will have a fantastic feel with the stay.
