Very quiet 60m2 apartment in the beautiful Gärtnerplatzviertel The apartment is located on the Isar and its bathing beaches, close to Deutsches Museum, Gärtnerplatz, Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are provided. The bedroom in the souterrain is moisture insulated and has a ventilation system and a dehumidifier.
