Cottage holiday rentals in Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge

Not quite easy to find but then everything was fine. We were very pleased and enjoyed the stay. gladly again

Helena and Petr have lovingly renovated and developed a wonderful house. You immediately feel at home, everything is thought out in detail. Each room with its own bathroom! In addition, a cozy common room with a fireplace, next door is the kitchen with full and clean equipment. We stayed as a large family with 5 adults, 3 children and a dog: everyone felt very comfortable! The house has a large property: with meadow, barbecue area, campfire, playground, bath tub, hammock, a pond, several parking spaces, .... Behind the property, the forest immediately begins, so you can start extended hikes directly from the property, for example, to Hutberg. In the neighboring village there are shopping and refreshments, Decin is 15 minutes away, at the latest here you get everything you need. Helena and Petr are wonderful hosts: friendly, honest, interested and always available! We will be back, no question! Thanks

Amazing place and great owners!

We had an amazing stay, the house is spacious and at a perfect place. The surroundings are beautiful and with a short drive you can visit great hikes through nature. At arrival we were positively surprised by a free car charger at the private double parking space right in front of the house. This was perfect as we arrived by electric car. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. A nice outside seating area with a garden that was well maintained and within nice scenery finished the perfect few days. Absolutely would recommend!

everything was perfect and as expected

It was a really nice stay at Stepan's place. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house was great(apart from the freezing first night but once the house is heated up, it's perfect) Stepan was great but the best part was Gandalf the cat, he was so so so adorable. I think we will have to come back in the future, 3 nights were clearly not enough

We had a great time at Pavol's house. very good communication even if we didn't speak English well, Pavol was able to adapt. the house is large and contains everything we need. the house is a good starting point for many discoveries: castles and hikes nearby, 1 hour from Prague and 50 min from Swiss Bohemian. I recommend it.

We highly recommend the accommodation. The small ski slope is very close and is perfect for beginners. Behind the house, the children could toboggan or romp around due to the quiet location. In addition, the hostess is very accommodating and friendly. Clearly a recommendation!

Had bad luck with the train. Due to an accident, the train simply stopped. Jan briefly decided to pick up our train drivers by car. We took the train later and it was perfect. You will be in the spots of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains whether Czech or German in a good hour. But sluknov also has a lot to offer on site. We walked the border hiking trail a partly wild and adventurous hike, which then rewarded us on the last route with a deeply romantic hike through park similar wild stream meadows on well-dawn paths. Granted, Sluknov is not a tourism stronghold. Yes, there are Sinti and Roma in the village. That wasn't an issue though. The parking was secured and the music ended around 9: 30am. You get to see something from the real Czech Republic. People are very nicely accommodating and try to make the most of everything. A wonderful stay. Oh yes there is a supermarket around the corner. Gladly come back.

Wonderful place and a lovely country.

We liked the house very much. Four of us stayed and it was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, secure parking and very peaceful.

Our stay with Petr was great! A super nice cottage in a beautiful area. The garden is incredibly beautiful and we spent a lot of time in it with the beautiful weather. You can take a nice walk and eat delicious food in the inn 10min. walk from the cottage. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a beautiful cottage in nature!!

Characterful house in a good location. Good starting point for hiking. Large fenced garden, ideal for dogs. Restaurant 3 min walk away. Well-equipped kitchen. Suitable for group excursions.

Over the weekend we were four women and four children in the beautifully and cozily furnished cottage just on the Zschopau. It was all very welcoming, clean and well-equipped. Particularly noteworthy is the pretty, antique furniture paired with a breeze of modernity. The outdoor area is also equipped with garden furniture, so we ate outside in good weather. We used the fire pit one night. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back!!!

The house is very lovingly and well furnished. It has offered enough space for us 2 families (8 people). The kids had more than enough space to play and the garden was also great for the children. Above all, the kitchen was super furnished, we lacked nothing. Even for the fireplace, there was enough wood and lighter available. We really had a few great days in the house of Marketa and her husband. She was very friendly and gave us an introduction to the house which we found very attentive. The cleanliness was also really excellent. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

We were completely happy with the place. Much of the wood, from children's toys to oil and spices, has already been available in the accommodation. The listing matches the pictures on Airbnb. The garden including fire/grill area was great. Communication with Veronika was very good. We were 4 adults/ 3 children and had a great time.

Nice cottage in nature. We didn't miss anything, but there was a fence with a neighboring property missing for complete privacy. 'We saw each other in a plate'. The neighbor is very kind, but it's like my mother-in-law. She's very nice too, but... Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It offers a great starting point for many beautiful hikes. The kitchen is optimally equipped for many guests and has everything you need. We would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at Iva’s chalet to celebrate my best friend's bachelor party. The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, even better than expected! Communication with Iva was outstanding from the beginning. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything easy for us. Also a big thank you to Katerina, who welcomed us and supported us during our stay. This place is a true gem for everyone who loves nature, tranquility, and authentic charm. We felt very welcome and would love to come back one day.
