The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a shower.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.
