The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Welcome to our house with the charm of age and under the care of the goddess Demeter with her merry companions. Our house with 2 apartments is in a quiet location at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing, the water park and restaurants. Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away.

Vacation in the lovingly restored farmhouse

The 65 m² apartment offers a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a living-dining room with a 10 m² balcony. A crib and a high chair can be provided on request. The underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation (with pollen filter) ensure a comfortable climate all year round. Ceilings and floors are mostly made of wood.

Apartment cottage

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Romantic living with flair at Pillnitz Castle

Directly on the idyllic Elbhang and opposite Schloß Pillnitz you will find our romantic apartment for 2 people. The historical charm of the former family cottage is evident through wooden beams, floorboards, and a lot of sandstone.

Vineyard Carriage House

A wonderfully restored carriage house in a romantic vineyard setting. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, balcony and communal use of the swimming pool together with us over looking our vineyard with views to Meißen.

From the apartment and the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Elbe and the rocky landscape around the climatic health resort of Rathen. In summer you can refresh yourself in the pool or sunbathe on the terrace.
