Do you want a peaceful haven? Relax in a great jacuzzi? Sleep in a great bed and find yourself in a quiet place? This accommodation is perfect, the hosts are very communicative, they paid great attention to my friend who came with his two small dogs. The accommodation is perfect, go there with your eyes closed. I plan to return as soon as I can.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace, which are conducive to conviviality, as well as the kitchen, which is very well equipped! We really appreciated the fans left in the rooms in these temperatures. Thank you again for this special attention.

The whole family had a pleasant time, as well as our dog, with this beautiful landscaped garden. Françoise is very pleasant and responsive at the same time when you need her! We spent a few wonderful days in the nice house of Veronique.. It is decorated with great attention to detail, and sparkling clean. We felt very welcome, cookies and coffee were ready and in the garden there was even a bucket of water for our dogs. The location is fantastic, you can walk to the sea or to the pine forests. It is also a convenient base for, for example, a day trip to Pornic, a nice town nearby. We were lucky with beautiful sunny weather and were also able to use the enclosed garden. Not only for us, but also for our dogs it was a wonderful place to stay, we will definitely come back.

Fully equipped apartment in a great location. Nice touches in the cabinets for cooking, nice! I recommend it.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. Great pleasure to have sea view and direct access to the beaches. The schedules were quite broad, which allowed us to make the most of it. Thank you Marielle for your hospitality and your rental!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. We will not fail to call on him again if we pass through this beautiful region.

I can’t emphasise how fantastic this place is! My partner, 6 month old daughter and myself stayed here for 5 days and it couldn’t have been a better set up! We came from the UK therefore were limited with what we could bring, but we were provided with a travel cot (including mattress and sheets), high chair, baby bath and changing table. It made things so easy for us! We took a boat out on the lake and ended many days in the pool (which is heated). Would definitely stay again. 100% worth a visit!

Very well located apartment with beach nearby, quality local shops downstairs. The accommodation is pleasant and functional with many amenities and a large terrace that makes the difference. The possibility of using bicycles is also a big advantage of this accommodation. Thanks to our hosts!

Danielle was very responsive and helpful both before our arrival and to the point of checking a couple of times whilst we were there that everything was ok. Language not a problem The studio was ideal as a base of our two week holiday. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook small meals in the evenings when we didn't go out to eat. Had water in the shower at all times Would certainly stay again the next time we are in the area

Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to go to Delphine's accommodation due to a medical emergency at the last minute. But I won't hesitate to rebook her accommodation if the opportunity arises! Thank you for your kindness!

Very good stay in the accommodation offered by Mathieu, a small parking lot a few meters away, another much larger one right next door as well! We were less than 100m from the friends for whom we came to Montoir (for the baptism and 1st birthday of their daughter) So very convenient, unfortunately we fell in the period when the whole city of Montoir is under construction, on Friday evening we had a little trouble accessing it because of the latter (very late arrival because of a big storm on the highway + our car that caught fire after only 1 hour of driving🤦🏽‍♀️😅) On the other hand, the apartment was impeccable, the environment super quiet, not a sound at night so very relaxing, clean and impeccably equipped! So apart from our little problems, nothing to say about Mathieu's accommodation! Very good value for money! We recommend it with my spouse! Thank you very much Mathieu and see you very soon for sure! What a bright, clean, quiet and beautiful home with beautiful views of the sea on one side and home gardens on the other. Anne thought of everything and we had a perfect stay. We also appreciated an excellent hot shower and the laundry machine. She was also always responsive and helpful.
