Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Joaquin River

10/10 would recommend, and if visiting the area again would look forward to returning to stay with Carrie again. Nice, calm, safe neighborhood with optimal privacy. Carrie was in touch the whole time and made sure our stay felt like home. Thank you!!

This place felt like a rustic weekend cabin which is exactly what I wanted. Lots of small wildlife right outside the front door. Very quiet and private place.

This place is on another level of beauty and privacy. Showed up. Gate was open. The ac was already on. Place was spotless. Ice maker full with ice (huge win!!) Sit on the deck and just take in the best view around. I gotta to hang for a few min at club red. The kayak around the lake was amazing. This is a top notch compound. Incredible the paradise they have built in the middle of nowhere!! Only negative was I had to leave. Thanks Joyce and tony for your hospitality. I will be back!!!

Such a beautiful place to stay!! We loved being able to stay here and be able to drive up to Yosemite for day trips! The hosts were super friendly as well.

The place was perfect. And the location made it more peaceful. Couldn’t stay for a longer time in the home but will definitely find another trip where we could enjoy the surroundings.

Rachel's place offers great value and peaceful surroundings. Yosemite is about a 2-hour drive away, so plan accordingly if that's on your itinerary

A perfect apartment in a beautiful little town, full of character and close enough to Yosemite for a day trip. Very comfortable bed and spacious living spaces. Would highly recommend, one of the best Airbnbs we have used.

Connie's apartment was very nice, clean and cute. She provided all we could want. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn't have found a better place to spend a few nights. Thank you Connie!

This is a "beary" fun place. The beds were comfortable and everything was as described.

All I can say is WOW. This place is amazing. You won’t regret staying here. Beautiful surroundings, secluded, cozy, warm and inviting apartment that just makes you feel at home, maybe even better than home. It has everything you need, so don’t worry. It’s very close to the valley too. I enjoyed every minute of it. Alexey is an amazing host that gives you great instructions, takes care of you personally and makes you feel at home. Yosemite is magical already, and having a great place to stay just makes the whole experience perfect!! Don’t settle for a run down hotel in the valley, stay here! We sure will be staying here again! We booked Courtney’s place very last minute and nothing could’ve more perfect. The place was super clean, bed was comfy and even the sheets were really soft making for a really good night’s sleep. We loved that everything was in walking distance and felt very safe. Even the patio was a great comfortable place to hang out seeing it was so beautiful outside. Courtney was very proactively responsive by messaging with an additional contact in case she didn’t have service when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. As a side note we are at Don Ruben’s Mexican restaurant and the Happy Burger diner for breakfast and neither disappointed.

we only stayed for one night and we got in late/started early so we didn't use a lot of the amenities but everything seems to be exactly as described! had coffee and snacks available, house was very clean. would stay again

Wonderful condo nestled in the Pajaro Dunes Resort. We traveled with two elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. A great family getaway. We brought our own groceries and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen for eating in every meal. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the inside as well. We appreciated having the beach chairs & tennis items. The resort recreation area was a lot of fun and we spent several hours there. Comfortable beds and upgraded furnishings. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return again someday.

It was a nice place and such a wonderful atmosphere. The home is so nice and just very homey. Easy check in, has all the utensils you’ll need, and easy to get to Yosemite! The Smokehouse Grille next door is so nice! It was easy to communicate with Terri!

Lori was a great host. She was super flexible with check in time as we arrived earlier than expected. Her home was very comfortable and clean, which we really liked.

Terry’s place was great, exactly what we needed. We were originally booked at an RV stay and an hour before check in they let us know that the shower was broken. We have a toddler and I was frantically trying to find a place nearby Bass Lake and luckily Terry accepted my reservation quickly and took us in! It was like a five star hotel compared to what we were going to be in! I’ve managed and cleaned airbnb’s for years and they thought of everything here. Lots of cute little touches and things for our son to play with, as well as coffee and creamer and little treats, and I really appreciated those extra touches. The only thing that bums me out is when we have to ‘clean’ up before check out… strip the beds, unload the dishwasher, take the trash out, etc. in my opinion that’s what cleaners and property managers are for, not guests, but that doesn’t take away from the nice house and experience we had here. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.
