Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in San Sai District

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Very quiet, private place that is within 10 minutes of bustling streets. Great value - nice, big space with a strong AC unit in each room. Cyril and his wife were also very responsive to anything I needed.

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Clean and modern place in a great location.

It was a place where the host was overflowing with sweetness. The location is right in front of ymca, and it's near Old Town, and the atmosphere is nice. I was worried because the rating was a little low, but I think the person who gave the low rating was just sensitive, and if you are a woman in your 30s and frequently travel to Southeast Asia, you will know that this house is very advantageous. The water pressure was weak, but it was weak compared to the very expensive Korean ones, but it was also weak compared to the Southeast Asian hotels, and this was enough and clean. Above all, the house itself was large, so I was able to stay very comfortably with my friend, and the host was very kind, so it was very nice. The house itself is clean. The host is a college graduate from New York, so he is very fluent in English, so it was good to communicate, and I was really grateful that I could find a place of this size at this price. I highly recommend it. I've stayed in other accommodations that this person runs, and I liked it, so I stayed here, but it's also good in the right season. And this host also runs a pottery workshop. Thanks to that, I was able to have a fun experience, and since the owner is a pottery workshop owner, he brought the baked pottery to the Airbnb home, so I was really, really grateful and it was a touching experience. It's quiet, atmospheric, and old, but if you're looking for a healing experience in a sensory and clean place, you'll be happy here. I'm going to do it here when I do it in a month. The host was in a very quiet place. The location is right in front of ymca, so it's nice, and the atmosphere is nice near the old town. I love the place and I recommend for big family close to chinag mai city and lotus and easy to travel thanknyou so much.

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this homestay. We specially arranged to stay in the homestay for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party. It was very memorable. The homestay is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

Very quiet and safe place to stay. The security guard was very strict about safety issues every late night when we got back to house by taking online-cars. The host is very helpful on everything and quick replying for our questions. The entire room is clean and nice condition. The distance to 7-11 and Big C mini is walkable. And not too far away from each places we wanted to visit in Chiang Mai. We will definitely choose staying here again in the future.

Steven's place was brand new and spotless, all the appliances were brand new and everything you need to make you feel right at home during your vacation stay. Definitely I will stay there again and highly recommend anyone to stay. it's about a 20 mins drive into town, needless to say having your own transport would definitely be an advantage. The place is better than the pictures. David and Kampy are always available for any support. We will stay here if we are coming back to Chiang Mai again. You may need to rent a vehicle if you are staying here.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.

I’ve been coming to Chiang Mai a couple of times a year for the last 8 years. Last year I decided to stay in the Nimman area instead of the Old City. This time was my third stay in this lovely condo. It has a balcony with a view of beautiful trees and flowers. The apartment is sunny and spotlessly clean. Pristine. Everything you need is there. I really like the Mini mart and the laundry on the ground floor. The pool is very clean and not crowded. Bo is an amazing person. I have found so many great places in Chiang Mai, thanks to her. It has made my visits better than they ever were before. Highly recommend.
