We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. In our house on the edge of the forest, we give you the space and freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the unpaved forest path to it is not easy. You need the right car with ground clearance and skill. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house

We offer a rustic farmhouse, built in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Bookable for 5 or more people. We have lots of horses, big and small, and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. The house has 8 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 2x kitchen, large dining area, very large living room (seats for 20/25 people) DVD, 3x toilet, 3x bathroom with shower and 1x bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, wood-burning stove, 22 km from the A9 (AS Hengersberg)

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
