One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

The holiday apartment La Grambla Saslonch is located centrally in St. Christina and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. In winter, thanks to the convenient location, the entire Dolomiti Superski ski area, with the famous Sellaronda, is practically at your doorstep. The 26 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Our apartment is located in the quiet village of St. Magdalena and offers magnificent views of the Geisslerspitzen, which are a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is simply and lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The apartment has a garage. The Villnössertal is very well served by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

Are you looking for a special apartment in a very quiet, sunny location with unique views of the Dolomites? Nevertheless, the town center can be reached in just a few minutes. In summer, hiking trails start right outside the front door. In winter, the ski bus stop is just a few meters from the front door. The apartment is equipped with solid wood furniture made by local carpenters and offers all the comforts. The apartment is not suitable for après-ski lovers.
