Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Santa Flavia

Our stay at Antonio’s place in Campofelice di Roccella was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. Antonio is a fantastic young host who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. He truly wants his guests to feel comfortable and at home. Although breakfast wasn’t officially included, Antonio kindly provided it — along with the best espresso we had during our entire stay in Sicily. And he offered it generously throughout our visit. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. He was also very flexible with our check-out, which allowed us to enjoy an extra beach day. The secured parking on site was another great bonus, especially important when traveling by car in Sicily. The location is excellent: just 20 minutes from Cefalù and about an hour from Palermo, making it a perfect base for exploring the northern coast. We hebben een week verbleven in de airbnb van Nuccia. De instructies waren vrij duidelijk om naar de airbnb te geraken. De airbnb was schoon en netjes. De plek Cinisi was een makkelijke startplek om andere stadjes te bezoeken.

Esperienza meravigliosa e padroni di casa splendidi. La villa è situata in una posizione tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile soprattutto grazie alle indicazioni dei proprietari. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ricevere amici e parenti in un ambiente curato, piacevole e dotato di ogni tipo di confort. La villa merita rispetto e cura da parte degli ospiti, ma questo è facile capirlo già dal primo momento di soggiorno perché si percepisce subito quanti sforzi i proprietari mettono nel tererla in ordine ed in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo approfittato tantissimo della piscina che ha dato quel qualcosa in più alla nostra vacanza. Il giardino ed il porticato sono ampi e godibili. Grazie Ilenia e grazie Elio. Torneremo!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, gut gesichert und sauber und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und jederzeit hilfreich. :) Wer keinen Mietwagen hat muss zirka 30 Minuten laufen bis zur Bahn. Dafür ist die Lage ruhig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe, tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce ! L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment top, entre la mer et la montagne, les paysages sont à couper le souffle, le calme est également très agréable ! La plage de Cala Rossa et la petite ville de Terrasini sont absolument splendides. Giuseppe est un hôte très accueillant et très disponible, il nous a même recommandé des endroits à voir. En bref, un séjour parfait !

Great host, very flexible and problem solving. We came back and there was an ants invasion in the bedroom. Marino was very kind and offer us immediately his next door apartment until he solve the problem. Great experience!

La maison de Fransesco est très grande et parfaite pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Elle ressemble aux photos et est très propre avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La situation géographique permet de pouvoir visiter la cote Ouest et Sud Ouest où il y a beaucoup de choses à y voir (les iles Egades, Selinunte, Palerme...) et en plus très près de l'aéroport (25mn) mais sans les nuisances. Fransesco est une personne riche de bons conseils, très sympathique, agréable, bienveillante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait sa rencontre. Bienvenue en Sicile !

vi var 12 personer i olika åldrar från Sverige och boendet passade oss jättebra. fin pool och underbar trädgård som man kunde grilla i. ta med myggmedel för på kvällarna kom det mygg. väldigt bekvämt kök med allt man behöver. området är lugnt och nära till tåg. om man kan tänka sig att gå 20min på dålig väg kan man gå till stranden. annars krävs bil eller tåg. nära till två restauranger och mataffär så man klarar sig utan bil om man inte ska göra något speciellt.

Hermoso departamento frente a la playa. Los dueños nos atendieron muy amablemente. El lugar está en un lugar estratégico para moverse dentro de Sicilia. Super recomiendo!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

This is the best option for the price you can find which will give you an opportunity to explore the village life off the coast. David’s mother was very welcoming and sweet and helped me bring my stuff upstairs. The space has everything you might need. Enough space for a comfortable stay for 4 people!

Très bel appartement, rénové, entretenu avec soin et joliment décoré. Le plus : une grande terrasse, protégée des vis à vis. Deux salles de bains. Emplacement de l'appartement à quelques minutes à pied des sites d'interêt. Simona et Maria sont réactives et répondent très rapidement aux messages et sollicitations

Freddy is a great host. Super response and flexible. He gave us clear instructions to check in. Both flats are connecting and the terraces are great to chill have a breakfast and a coffee. For sure we’ll come back for a next trip to Palermo. Highly recommended.

Alberto’s Palermo spot is absolutely perfect! We loved our stay being in the heart of “La Vucciara” and we enjoyed so much delicious food and drinks. You can’t hear any of the party music outside in the late hours either so when you’re ready to call it a night, you’re in the perfect relaxing spot for it. We couldn’t have been happier. Thanks Alberto for making our stay in Palermo so memorable and special! We can’t wait to come back. Grazie mille! ❤️

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich fantastisch für einen privaten Urlaub zu viert. Der Strand ist, früh morgens und abends sogar privat für die Anwohner, also konnte man zu diesen Zeiten dort ganz für sich sein. Zu anderen Zeiten war der Strand aber auch nicht wirklich voll. Die Anbindung an den Strand ist auch super und man ist in wenigen Schritten da. Super fanden wir den Willkommens-Korb mit Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, den unsere Gastgeberin uns geschenkt hat. Die Unterkunft bedient alles was man braucht, ist sauber und hat einen wirklich sehr schönen Balkon.
