For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

The Villa is situated on Addaura’s seafront, in the northern coast of Sicily. It is a few kilometers from Palermo’s City Center and nearby Mondello Beach. The Villa offers a charming panorama of the sea especially at sunrise. The rocky coast is reachable through steps placed in front of the gate of the villa. The villa is on three levels. To get to the Pentahouse you will be walking up the staircase, featured with a handrail, going through spacious gardens arranged on several levels

Peaceful Beach House

Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.
